Watch English dramas or American dramas with bilingual subtitles. Don't look for those sitcoms. They speak too fast. But since I have to take the postgraduate entrance examination, I may not have time to forget it.
In fact, I think listening means listening more, and there is no other way, but the premise must be that you can understand (at least a considerable part), so I suggest you listen slowly first, and then step by step.
Often see what others say, put MP3 into your ear and play English background sound. No matter what you do, you just have to listen to it all day, and then you can understand it ... it's all nonsense. Ignore them. Now you use it as the background sound, and you will use it as the background sound when you take the exam.
