Guangdong University of Foreign Studies is a university. The school is a key construction university of high-level universities in Guangdong Province, and an important base for the cultivation of international talents and the study of foreign language and culture, foreign economy and trade, international strategy and foreign-related rule of law in South China.

The school has four campuses, with a total area of 2442 mu (including planning), of which the North Campus is located at the northern foot of Baiyun Mountain in Guangzhou, covering an area of 939 mu; The South Campus is located in Guangzhou University Town, covering an area of 1095 mu; Da Lang Campus is located in Da Lang, Guangzhou, covering an area of 258 mu; Knowledge City Campus is located in Sino-Singapore Guangzhou Knowledge City, with a planned area of about 150 mu.
