Established in 1883, Stinca-Xiao Lun University (STU for short) is a forward-looking international comprehensive university with undergraduate, master's and doctoral degrees approved by the Federal Ministry of Education, and has the right to accept non-immigrant overseas students and distance teaching.

Stenka University has three campuses in the United States and teaching centers in London, Toronto, Prague, Singapore and other countries and regions around the world. At present, the teaching centers in China are located in Shanghai, Shenzhen and Taibei.
