College students' holiday arrangements
The following suggestions can make you have an interesting, rich and regretless holiday.

Getting up early and going to bed late is the most time-wasting. Make plans for the next day the night before, including what time to get up. You may not get up for a few days or weeks after the holiday begins. Never mind, give yourself a few days off and urge yourself to get up early after recovery.

Motivate yourself. If you are really lazy, set yourself a goal first and think about how to reward yourself after the goal is completed. When you find that you have achieved your goal and have a big meal or interesting activities waiting for you, no matter how difficult the task is, it will not be an obstacle.

Don't forget to study. Do the summer homework assigned by the teacher, or review what you learned last semester, or preview what you want to learn next semester. Only in this way, when the new semester begins, you won't regret that you have learned so much from so hard to forget. The research shows that the phenomenon of "holiday knowledge forgetting" is widespread among students. Therefore, even during holidays, we should arrange time to review what we have learned. For example, read notes, exercises, exercise books, read more textbooks or extracurricular books, study your favorite topics, or do interesting puzzles and so on. Believe me, you will find this time is definitely worth it.

At the same time, we can use the holiday time to learn the ability to master speed reading memory and improve the efficiency of reading learning. Speed reading memory is an efficient learning and reviewing method, and its training principle lies in activating the potential of "eyes and brains" and cultivating a reading learning mode with direct reflection of eyes and brains. The practice of speed reading and memory can refer to "Eagle Whole Brain Speed Reading and Memory Training". If you practice with software for more than an hour every day, you can improve your reading speed by five or six times in a month, and your memory and understanding will also be improved accordingly, thus improving your learning and review efficiency and achieving good results. If your reading learning efficiency is low, you can practice well.

Find a holiday job. If you are old enough and have time, you can consider doing some summer jobs. For example, stall selling soda, babysitting, sending KFC, serving in restaurants, sorting books in local libraries and so on. As long as you are willing to endure hardships, you can apply in many places.

Learn some new skills. Suppose you like basketball at ordinary times, why not take advantage of the summer vacation to try swimming, rock climbing, martial arts and other projects? If you like languages, why not try to learn Braille? You can use your vacation time to learn writing, painting, photography, knitting, programming and so on. Try a new field, a field you haven't set foot in, and you can learn a new skill or develop into a lifelong hobby. Who knows? ! Because you are young, you can practice as much as you want!

Read at least 1-2 books. Choose a few books that you like and have the motivation to read. If you are interested in books, you can also read two or three books a week. You will find reading both interesting and useful.
