What if college students are arranged to work overtime all night?
Legal analysis: College students can refuse to work overtime all night, and may not arrange students to practice for more than 8 hours every day. Before students participate in on-the-job internship and post internship, vocational schools, internship units and students shall sign internship agreements. The text of this agreement shall be held by both parties.

Legal basis: Article 16 of the Regulations on the Management of Students' Internship in Vocational Schools, in addition to the internship arrangements that have special requirements for related majors and internship positions and are reported to the higher authorities for the record, the internship unit shall abide by the state regulations on working hours and rest and vacation during the internship of students, and shall not have the following circumstances:

(1) arranging students to engage in internships with high safety risks such as high altitude, underground, radioactive, toxic, flammable and explosive;

(2) arranging students' internships on legal holidays;

(3) Arrange students to work overtime and night shift.
