The National Defense University in Beijing is the highest institution of our army. The school specializes in training senior leading cadres of our army and is known as the "cradle of generals"! National University of Defense Technology: First-class disciplines: optical engineering, information and communication engineering, control science and engineering, computer science and technology, management science and engineering. Two national key disciplines: atomic and molecular physics, mechanical and electronic engineering, and space propulsion theory and engineering. State key disciplines: aircraft design, microelectronics and solid-state electronics. Almost all of them are engineering.
