Since the establishment of the Association, we have kept close contact with all relevant groups inside and outside the school, including embassies of various countries, well-known enterprises, brotherly colleges, social organizations and overseas student groups, actively carried out various colorful activities, and built a good international platform between students and society. In IDEA, the president (AP), the chief financial officer (FD) and the vice president (VP) in charge of various departments jointly form the executive board (EB), and the executive board * * * cooperates with the decision-making association in its daily work. The advisory board is composed of old members and outgoing ministers and chairmen. Consultants, with their rich organizational experience, give care and help to the activities of the association and make suggestions. In each department, there is also an official who assists the vice presidents in charge of the work of each department and becomes OCP (Chairman of the Organizing Committee) to carry out some daily activities.

The president of the Association exercises authority on behalf of the Association at home and abroad, grasps the development direction of the concept from the decision-making and concept, formulates the outline of the work plan, holds regular internal meetings, and is always responsible for the plenary activities. The External Relations Department is responsible for the association's contact with various external institutions, and it is the window for the association to introduce its business philosophy, management mechanism and corporate culture. At the same time, it is responsible for raising funds for the activities of the association, preparing for the long-term development of IDEA, and regularly contacting the embassy to hold activities and expand new projects.
The Promotion Office (formerly Technical Office) is mainly responsible for the design of graphic materials used in various activities of the Association, the production of DV films, the construction and maintenance of websites and the updating of information.

China-Korea Cultural Festival
On May 14 and 15, 2007, the second China-Korea Cultural Festival of China Renmin University was successfully held in the National People's Congress. This year's China-Korea Cultural Festival is co-sponsored by the Korean Students Association of Renmin University of China, the International Development Exchange Association of Renmin University of China and the China-Korea Exchange Association of Renmin University of China. Adhering to the spirit of the first cultural festival, the exchange between Chinese and Korean students in China Renmin University reached a new climax.
Focusing on China and South Korea, this cultural festival is divided into four parts: amorous feelings exhibition, film exhibition, friendship competition and literary evening. This cultural festival has greatly enhanced the friendly relations between Chinese and Korean college students, deepened their understanding of each other's cultures, and played a positive role in promoting the development of Sino-Korean relations. Through the holding of the cultural festival, we hope that Chinese and Korean college students can establish long-term friendship and form a tradition of continuous exchange and learning, so as to inherit and carry forward the friendship between the two peoples from generation to generation among young students.
International Culture Festival
As early as 2000, with the support of international exchange office, we actively contacted embassies and international organizations, and held the first "China Renmin University International Culture Festival" in China Renmin University on 200 1. There are various forms of exhibits, including amorous feelings paintings, national costumes, special foods and promotional videos. Vietnamese students set up a beautiful gatehouse in front of the booth; Turkish artists perform magical underwater paintings live; Mongolian students pile up delicious food and wine into hills for everyone to taste for free; Southeast Asian students dressed in national costumes sang and danced in front of the booth, and set up a booth in Greater China, making the International Cultural Festival a platform for cultural exchanges between China and foreign countries. In 2008, China Renmin University International Culture Festival reached a new high on the basis of 2007. In 2009, ICF took "communication" as its purpose and became more professional and diversified. OVAL (our vision for Asian leadership)
OVAL is a non-profit student organization initiated by college students from China, Japan and South Korea. It aims to provide a platform for young elites of the three countries to communicate and understand each other through the business creativity competition, so that they can learn to respect and trust each other in the competition, hone and improve their cross-cultural cooperation ability, and provide Asian-conscious leaders for the future development and prosperity of Asia. Ellipse is organized by the equal status of oval China, oval Japan and oval Korea in China, Japan and Korea. SIFE (student of free enterprise)
