Educational testing service (hereinafter referred to as ETS) recently announced that it will launch the 20 13 TOEFL scholarship program, and 46 outstanding students from China will receive scholarships with a total amount of138,000 US dollars, an increase of 66% over last year. This scholarship is used to help students pursue undergraduate or postgraduate studies overseas in the 20 13 academic year. Scholarship applications should be submitted online before April 30th. ETS will inform the applicants of the award in May and distribute it to the institutions where the winners attend in August. Bonuses can only be used for academic expenses, and will only be paid when students arrive on campus.
