Mr. Zhang Chunlin: Born in 1963, China nationality, without permanent residency abroad, master, intermediate engineer, bachelor of power plant chemistry from Wuhan University, EMBA from Antai College of Economics and Management, Shanghai Jiaotong University. 1984 to 1995 worked in the chemical industry department of Shanghai East China Electric Power Design Institute. He is currently the chairman of the company. Mr. Zhang Chunlin has been engaged in the research and design of water treatment technology for a long time, participated in the formulation of water treatment technology routes for major national projects, and led the development of a number of patented technologies.
