Operational advantage: you have money and food in your hand, and you can play wherever you want. New products are on the line, and the solar time is reduced. Relevant copywriting, pictures and activities will be produced immediately, and advertisements will follow. The librarians make targeted statistics on the effect, summarize the success or failure in periodic meetings, and accumulate experience. This operation is called operation. If the operation is bottomless and there is no money in hand, the boss is guilty. One looks at the result, but there is no result, and the other looks at the process, but there is no process.
