First, judging from the results of graduates, 99% of graduates have successfully reached our pre-set graduation standards. Since 2003, 100% thesis defense has been first achieved in Beijing foreign studies university for graduation thesis and graduation design of economics and management.
Secondly, judging from the passing rate of TEM4 and TEM8, the passing rate of TEM4 has remained at 100% at graduation, and the passing rate of TEM8 has reached 98% on average, which stands out among the national economic management disciplines.
Thirdly, judging from the fact that graduates are admitted to graduate schools in other universities, the majors of mathematics, physics and management, which represent the teaching level of economics and management, have achieved excellent results, and many students have reached the graduate admission standards of top universities in China, which shows that students are solid and effective in learning economics and management. For example, 20 13, the first place in the Graduate School of China People's Bank is our student. The graduate major of Peking University School of Economics ranks first in finance, and the graduate major of Guanghua School of Management ranks fifth and sixth. They are all our students.

Judging from the employment rate, employment destination and employment level of graduates, many indicators far exceed our expectations, indicating that the society has a very high evaluation of the graduates we have trained. The whereabouts of our graduates can be roughly divided into several parts:
The first part is the central ministries and commissions, including the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Commerce, which have always been favored by graduates of Beijing Foreign Studies University. In recent years, the number of people going to the Department of Economics and Management has also been increasing. These graduates account for about 10% of the total number of graduates.
The second part is that the biggest destination for graduates is well-known multinational companies in Beijing, Shanghai, Hong Kong and even overseas. It is worth noting that every year, a certain number of graduates are admitted to multinational management consulting companies and investment banks that represent the highest level of their careers, such as Boston (BCG), McKinsey management consulting company, and investment banks such as HSBC, Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley and UBS. More graduates are distributed in Chinese and foreign commercial banks and UBS. In the past three years, the proportion of graduates going has increased from 26% to nearly 40%, replacing large China companies and institutions as the first destination for graduates.
The third part is the international business departments of major Chinese-funded institutions, including four major banks, companies in various industries, major import and export companies, new IT and high-tech enterprises. This part accounts for about 20% of the graduates' whereabouts.
The fourth part is graduate study, including being admitted to top universities in China or applying for further graduate study in overseas universities. As for the admission of domestic graduate students, most of them are graduate students from top universities or research institutions in China, including Peking University, Fudan University and graduate department of China People's Bank. Many students are admitted to these universities with excellent results. The countries that go abroad to study for degrees are mainly the United States and Britain, and most of them are schools with better academic rankings in their countries. The number of students in this part accounts for about 20%.
In addition, a small number of students choose culture, media, education and other industries to start their own businesses and continue their postgraduate studies. , and the proportion of this part is less than 10%. Judging from the students' achievements at school, all aspects are impressive. Students participated in various social practices, entrepreneurial competitions, foreign language competitions, etc. during their school days and achieved very good results.
From the perspective of social practice, students have participated in various activities of different scales and levels. For example, Yale University's China Student Elite Project, Global Business School Students' Federation's International Internship Project, the International Internship Project organized by the Education Fund Committee of the Ministry of Education, various volunteer activities organized by the China government and social organizations, and various domestic projects such as the school's colorful activities.
Students are shortlisted for the global student cadres: In May 2004, Bai Hao, a student with grade 0 1 in our college, passed the strict examination and assessment of Up With People, a cooperative organization of the University of Denver. In 2005, he became one of the top 100 outstanding student cadres in the world, and participated in the visiting project as the first group of representatives of China student cadres (the project organized outstanding student cadres to go to eight countries 18 cities for five months to study, learn leadership, communication and other courses). Wang Lin, a student from our college, Ma Kechao, a student from Grade 06, Grade 03, and Ma Jingyuan, a student from Grade 07, Grade 04 and Grade 05 also participated in the project.
Judging from the results of various business competitions, students have achieved good results in many international and domestic competitions. For example,
