The year after graduation from college is the most crucial year, and it is also the most important year for his basic life planning. There are three reasons: employment agreement, registration certificate (dispatch certificate) and national cadre status.
In recent years, in the process of intense employment, many college graduates lost their national cadre status, personnel files and household registration within one or two years after graduation. Here, let's talk about the role of cadre identity in graduates. In China, all walks of life will have professional title evaluation, and I believe that any unit hopes to have people with professional titles to work. Moreover, even if the unit where you work has no professional title evaluation, if you are a senior engineer, you will definitely get more money than others. Who else can evaluate the title? People with cadre status. So from now on, even if you are not an official, you only earn money, and that cadre status is still useful to you.
Here, I want to briefly talk about some problems I know in this regard at present. I believe there must be many imperfections, but at least I believe it can help college graduates.
(1) Why should I sign an employment agreement before graduation?
Many graduate friends believe that the employment agreement is signed for the convenience of the school to count the employment rate. But in fact, the most important role is the basis for the school to register, transfer to administration, file transfer and household registration for graduates.
(2) When it comes to the employment agreement, it is necessary to mention the registration card and the status of national cadres.
As the basis of national statistics on the employment rate of college students, the employment agreement is also the proof that the school issues student status cards. Only when the graduates sign the employment agreement and get it back to the school, the school will issue you the registration card after graduation. You will report to the unit where you work with the registration card, and then start to calculate the length of service, and you will have the status of a cadre.
(3) Registration card:
The registration card is divided into two parts (the content is the same). The first copy (blue) is issued to graduates by the school employment guidance center, and the second copy (white) is put into the student file (the personnel file is a state secret and is not allowed to be held by individuals). If your employer has the qualification of file management, then your file will be placed in the unit; If not, then your file is in the file storage office of the talent market. If the employment agreement is not signed, the file will be returned directly to the hometown. And the "registration card" is in your hand. It must be emphasized here that many people lost their time cards shortly after graduation, but when the unit wanted you to show your time cards a few years later, many of them disappeared and had to run back to a certain place to reissue their certificates. At this time, the certificate is not so easy to open, so graduates are advised to take good care of the attendance card.
(four) the identity of national cadres:
In China's social system, citizens have three identities: farmers, workers and cadres. Farmers are under the control of the Ministry of Agriculture, workers are under the control of the Labor Bureau, and cadres are under the control of the Personnel Bureau. College students are professionals trained by the state and belong to the status of national cadres. However, many people inexplicably lost their cadre status after graduation. Of course, there are also many people who don't care about their status as cadres. I think there is, no, no, if not, I have graduated from college for at least four years. Actually, you are wrong. If you don't keep your cadre status, you can say that your university is a dream, you are just a worker with a bachelor's degree, and you haven't changed your identity at all.
What does the status of national cadres depend on? With the employment agreement, with the Registration Card. The registration card is a proof of your identity as a college student cadre. If one day you are promoted, this is proof that you can be promoted because you are a cadre. Otherwise you can't be mentioned because you are a worker.
Many people may say: I don't even mention it, so what do I need to be a cadre? I just want to make money.
(5) Then what I want to talk about now is the evaluation of professional titles. It also involves specific matters in key years.
Graduates must go through a one-year probation period (stipulated by the state) after coming to work with the registration certificate. After the probation period expires, I must remember to sign the Graduate Apprenticeship Appraisal Form, which is the appraisal form for you to become a regular employee (you will get your normal salary from now on), indicating that you are a qualified talent (the probation period needs to be completed in the same company, that is, your employment agreement, registration certificate and your confirmation form, and all three forms are stamped with the seal of the same company, otherwise it will be deemed invalid). Then remember to fill in the "Qualification Form for Professional and Technical Positions of College Graduates", that is, the primary title evaluation form (you pay attention to these things yourself, no one reminds you to do them, and the form is downloaded from the website of the Ministry of Personnel). The specific evaluable titles can be found on the website of the Ministry of Personnel (it is best to have something to do with your major, otherwise it will be more difficult to evaluate the middle and senior level).
At present, all professional titles in China have to pass the examination (except for the four series of art, arts and crafts, sports coach and radio and television broadcasting, other primary series have to pass the examination to obtain primary professional and technical qualifications). The examination adopts the method of closed-book written examination, and implements unified outline, unified proposition and unified organization. Applicants who pass the primary professional and technical qualification examination in Hangzhou can obtain the professional and technical qualification certificate in Hangzhou. The examination will determine whether you can be rated as a professional title. Of course, the evaluation of some professional titles does not exclude human factors within some units. Four years after your junior professional title evaluation, that is, your fifth year of work, you can apply for the evaluation of intermediate professional titles. Five years later, that is, the tenth year of work, it is necessary to evaluate senior titles (see online search for details). In this way, your lifelong professional title is basically evaluated, so some lucky people can become "senior engineers" in 10.
In our country, all walks of life will have professional title evaluation, and I believe that any unit hopes to have people with professional titles to work. Moreover, even if the unit where you work has no professional title evaluation, if you are a senior engineer, you will definitely get more money than others. Who else can evaluate the title? People with cadre status. So from now on, even if you are not an official, you only earn money, and that cadre status is still useful to you.
There are no restrictions on the signing of employment agreements, and they can be signed with any company or unit, not necessarily state-owned enterprises or institutions. Otherwise, as many as 80% of students lose their cadre status as soon as they get employed every year. But make sure that even a small company with three people can sign it, but don't close down within one year, or no one will sign it for you. Remember.
Others said, I want to take the postgraduate entrance examination, and I will take the exam next year, so I won't sign a tripartite contract (the same is true for other situations), just find a job and earn some money. Then you are all wet.
Remember, never give up your identity!
If you want to take the postgraduate entrance examination, then you belong to the category of on-the-job postgraduate entrance examination. For example.
If admitted: graduated from college in June, reported to the unit in July. In July of the following year, you became a full member, and the junior professional title was evaluated. Graduate students enter school in September. By the time you get into graduate school, your buddy is already a person of status. After three years of graduate study, your buddy came out to get a normal salary (into a private enterprise). There is no probation period (there is also a three-month probation period after graduation). If you enter a state-owned enterprise or institution, you will be able to evaluate intermediate titles after working as a graduate student for three years (I don't know whether the private enterprise is or not, but the state-owned enterprise or institution must be), and your buddy has made a lot of money. So do you think you should keep your cadre status?
If you fail: it's easier to fail. Go on working directly and wait for the intermediate level. It makes no difference.
Many people are always afraid of trouble. In fact, everything is as simple as that. If you pay attention, then maybe my words will change your life. If you don't pay attention, please join me, thank you.
But remember a word, don't miss the status of national cadres who should belong to college graduates because of employment pressure, remember!
