# Report # Introduction An investigation report is an analysis of a certain situation and an event. It is "removing the rough and selecting the fine, removing the false and retaining the true, from here to there, from the outside to the inside", revealing the essence, finding out the law, summing up the experience, and finally stating it in writing. The following is the template of unorganized social practice survey report, welcome to read! Social practice survey report template 1

I. Summary

20xx summer vacation is coming, and many students are at home on holiday. Besides finishing the homework assigned by the teacher, they can also do physical exercise, attend various cram schools, or travel every day. Holidays are a time to relax and do whatever you want.

Second, the questions raised.

A relaxed and happy summer vacation is what every primary and middle school student yearns for. So, what are the students doing during the summer vacation? Do they review their lessons at home, travel with their parents, or attend various classes to cultivate their specialties, and so on. What problems do primary and secondary school students have in summer vacation? How should students spend their summer vacation? In view of this series of problems, I conducted a survey on the summer vacation life of local primary and secondary school students.

Third, the text.

Now, most parents have their own jobs. Usually parents go to work and children go to school. But in summer vacation, students often stay at home by themselves. Can these minors manage their own lives without the care of their parents and teachers? In such an unorganized and irregular life, the personal safety of students is a hidden danger.

During the visit, it was found that more than 60% of the students were alone at home during the summer vacation, without the care of their parents or other adults. They arrange their daily life, when to study, when to watch TV, when to go out to play, and when to attend extracurricular cram schools ... Although each student's summer vacation life will be different, the basic content is the same.

It is worth noting that Internet cafes are places where most students spend their holidays. In addition, the weather is hot in summer vacation, and many students go to the wild bath to escape the heat, which is very dangerous. According to the survey, more than half of the primary and middle school students in this city spend all day in Internet cafes or game halls, which has caused great hidden dangers to children's life safety and greatly affected parents' work and study. A classmate surnamed Wang, who lives in Xiangbei market in this city, is 14 years old this year. On the first day of summer vacation, another student surnamed Yang came forward to ask Wang for game coins. Wang refused, so Yang picked up a chair and hit Wang Meng on the back, and then beat Wang with a wooden stick. Wang was so bloody that he fainted to the ground, and eventually died of untimely rescue and excessive blood loss. Another example is a child surnamed Hu, who had nothing to do at home during the summer vacation and went swimming with several classmates at the dam in the nearby countryside. Hu was going to swim a few times, but he panicked and lost his way because of the grass. He struggled desperately for the deep water, and finally he was drowned alive because of exhaustion. Her grandmother, who was nearly seventy years old, suddenly heard the bad news and couldn't support it for a while. She had a heart attack and died because of ineffective rescue.

If these students had adults to take care of them and someone to manage their lives, these tragedies might not have happened ... but now that they have happened, we should learn from them and avoid similar things from happening again.

The summer vacation is very long, and many parents are uneasy about leaving their children alone at home. Therefore, parents enroll their children in classes, hoping to cultivate some of their specialties and make their lives regular. After all, it is better to have a teacher watching the students in class.

According to the data of relevant departments, 32% of primary and secondary school students participated in extracurricular remedial classes during the summer vacation, but only 6% of students like to participate in extracurricular remedial classes. The data shows that parents spend 65% of their children's tuition fees, and their subjects are mainly English, computer, mathematics, literature and art. Among them, 28% parents hope that their children can improve their academic performance by participating in summer activities, and 26% parents hope that their children can improve their interest in learning.

Therefore, during the summer vacation, many students can often be seen taking buses to various classes with their schoolbags on their backs. Merchants also seized this opportunity and set up various cram schools to attract business.

As an extension of "holiday economy", the two-month summer vacation has become a "golden period" for many businesses to obtain economic benefits. For some children, the holiday is very sad. Parents want their children to succeed and their daughters to succeed. They will give their children various classes and extra-long classes. These parents also have their own difficulties.

(1) Businessmen are very active in running classes. Since the implementation of "quality education", especially the reform of college entrance examination and the implementation of "3+X" system, the requirements for students' ability and comprehensive quality have become higher and higher. Merchants seized the opportunity to launch various training, remedial classes and remedial classes during the summer vacation, and put out slogans with "the flavor of the times" such as "paying equal attention to ability and examination" and "paying equal attention to culture and expertise" to attract the majority of primary and secondary school students to sign up. According to the survey, since the end of June in Changde City, merchants have carried out overwhelming advertising in the urban area, and countless "training centers" are dazzling. The relatively large-scale training centers in the city include "Cambridge Children's English Training Center" and "New Century Summer English Training Center". They have consultation offices all over the city and set up a number of registration points and teaching points, forming a "chain" point. Some training centers, such as Yangguan Musical Instrument Store in Changde City and Summer Training Center for Primary and Secondary School Students in Teachers College, are comprehensive training centers with both cultural training and professional training. Cultural aspects include English, mathematics, physics, chemistry and so on. His specialties are music, art, calligraphy and sports. These large-scale and well-developed training departments generally take the form of running classes and teaching collectively, and the organization is relatively strict. In addition, many businesses and intermediaries also provide tutoring services for primary and secondary school students and recommend a group of college students to those who need tutoring. Like the tutors "guerrillas" all over the streets, they mainly adopt one-on-one teaching methods for primary and secondary school students' subjects, so as to check and fill gaps or let them learn textbook knowledge in advance.

(2) Parents are enthusiastic. Parents seem to be more enthusiastic about all kinds of training and counseling. As early as the eve of summer vacation, many parents began to carefully design their children's summer vacation life, collecting advertisements about training everywhere, inquiring about their own teaching quality and watching others participate in those trainings; There are also parents who ask people everywhere to find undergraduate and graduate students as mentors. After interview and screening, leave the most satisfactory one-on-one counseling for children. Taking part in the training and inviting tutors has almost formed an atmosphere of fighting for each other and chasing each other. There are several reasons why parents are keen to send their children into classes to learn arts: First, the situation of students entering higher schools is grim. Primary and middle school students all want to enter key schools in the city, but there are many people and few places. Entering key middle schools is not only a "cultural achievement war", but also a "specialty competition". Fierce competition not only brings great pressure to students, but also makes parents anxious for their children. So, let the children take advantage of the summer vacation.

"Charging" in order to get into an ideal school. Secondly, for some families, it is not safe for children to stay at home alone. The only way is to send their children to attend training classes. Third, learning special skills can lay a good foundation for children to better adapt to society in the future. In the era of knowledge economy, there is an increasing need for "all-rounders", and one more specialty means one more skill to make a living. Fourth, English and computer have become essential basic skills. If you don't study and exercise in this field from an early age, it will be difficult to adapt in the future. Therefore, children's English training and computer training in Changde are booming and overcrowded.

(3)

The students' desire to reduce the burden fell through. A survey of 30 randomly sampled primary and middle school students in Changde City shows that 22% of them are willing to attend summer training courses. Acceptable accounts for 40%; Some are willing and some are unwilling, accounting for 21%; Unwilling accounts for 17%. In the summer, 6 people participated in the first training course, 2 training courses 14 people, 8 people participated in the third training course and 2 people participated in the fourth training course. A small number of students have a strong sense of autonomy, have the requirements of training or tutors, and can take the initiative to choose the training courses they want to attend. But most students, especially primary school students, are against training and counseling. Because I was young, I didn't form my own opinion; Or afraid of parents, afraid to express their opinions. Therefore, as long as parents have this requirement, they will accept it by arranging training or inviting tutors. But if the pressure is too great, they sometimes vent their dissatisfaction. For example, Chen, a third-grade primary school student in this city, has to learn English for two hours every day during the summer vacation, including guzheng 1 hour and piano 1 hour. After I go home, I will do my summer homework, read English and practice the piano. The little girl often tells her mother that she is "bored" and "more nervous than studying" and strongly demands to travel. 12-year-old Zheng is a junior one student in No.1 Middle School (Changyi). Not only does she get good grades, but she is also versatile. During the summer vacation, she has four courses: English, accordion, calligraphy and dance. Although I am very conscious at ordinary times, after working for a long time, sometimes I can't help but want to go out to play. Occasionally, I will have a "acting first" and play for a day or two. It can be seen that playing is a child's nature. In mid-July, the temperature in Changde city was as high as 39 degrees, and some outdoor temperatures were as high as 42 degrees. There are very few pedestrians on the street, occasionally seeing a few, but most of them are children who are rushing to attend various training courses.

(4)

The phenomenon of running classes indiscriminately and charging fees in summer is more serious. There are many cram schools in summer vacation, but the quality of cram schools is uneven, and the fees and the quality of running classes are very different. For example, in Dongfanghong Primary School in this city, several parents invited a teacher who claimed to be Fuyue Foreign Languages Institute to help their children learn English in order to manage their children well and solve their children's holiday learning knowledge. The semester lasts for one month, and the tuition fee for each 220 yuan is satisfactory a few days ago, so parents are happy to pay, but they are late almost every day afterwards. A parent bluntly said: "The teacher preaches, teaches and dispels doubts, and preaching and teaching is the first important thing. You are late every day, how can you set an example for your students? " Instead of correcting it, the teacher gave up and never came back. These parents blame each other, but they are helpless. The phenomenon of running classes indiscriminately and charging fees in summer is more serious. According to the survey, at present, except for a few training courses which are more formal and licensed, most of them are short-term operations without business licenses. The teaching level and teacher strength of some training courses are unknown, so the training market is mixed. Cultural training in Changde City ranges from 200 yuan to 400 yuan in one month, and special training courses are even higher. For example, some swimming classes require 10 once a day in 300 yuan. If you hire a tutor, the price will be higher and the fluctuation will be great. Under normal circumstances, tutoring is 10 yuan for one hour, but some higher-level undergraduate and graduate students are 15 yuan for one hour, and 20 yuan is even higher; If one-on-one teaching is conducted for some majors in the city, the hourly fee will be as high as 50 yuan and 80 yuan. The fees of various summer training courses in Changde this year have increased compared with the same period of last year, and some of them have increased as high as 100%. For example, in the same period last year (30 days), the tuition of an English training class was in 200 yuan, but the cost of the same period this year was as high as that of 400 yuan.

Suggestions on the above problems: For all kinds of training and cramming classes in summer, the relevant departments should introduce corresponding normative measures, clean up and rectify, strictly examine and approve procedures, clarify the charging standards, and resolutely stop the phenomenon of running classes indiscriminately and charging fees indiscriminately. Education authorities can also organize "roving lecture groups" to replace the existing "training, counseling and tutoring" classes to meet the needs of society. The public security department and the urban management department strengthened the management and supervision of Internet cafes, and signed an agreement with bar owners to prohibit minors from entering. I also hope that parents will not blindly invest in children without knowing them, and let them learn various subjects that are not suitable for them, which will lead to children's depression and fatigue, which will not only increase the burden on themselves and their children, but also make it easier to miss the opportunities for children's development and delay their future.

In order to let students make full use of their holidays to get in touch with the society, broaden their horizons and improve their quality, the school should set up a summer leading group to educate primary and secondary school students on summer safety and legal system. Make holiday work plan, implement activities, ensure that all activities have special personnel to be responsible for, and prevent personal injury and death accidents. Combined with patriotism education, students can be guided to use holidays to deeply investigate the historical changes, cultural customs, local conditions and customs of urban and rural areas, and to dig out the cultural connotation of their hometown. Establish a summer popular science activity base for students? Smoke to carry out large-scale summer popular science activities, summer held small production and invention exhibitions for primary and secondary school students. Organize students to participate in the activities of supporting the army and giving priority to their families, and do good deeds for the five-guarantee households, poor households and the disabled. Guide students to join the society, increase knowledge, cultivate sentiment, exercise will, and enhance students' ability of self-reliance, self-improvement and self-discipline.

Neighborhood offices, libraries, science and technology museums and other units should actively create conditions to vigorously carry out various activities such as music, sports, beauty, labor, computer, airplane model interest activities, reading and speaking activities, social surveys, social welfare activities (small traffic police, military training, etc.). ) aims to cultivate students' interest, develop their specialties and broaden their horizons. Conditional units can open all kinds of recreation rooms for primary and secondary school students free of charge in summer.

In short, squeeze out "emptiness, boredom, loneliness and boredom" with beneficial activities.

Let primary and secondary school students have a healthy, happy, fulfilling, safe and meaningful holiday.

Four. conclusion

To sum up, we can see that summer vacation is not only a time for students to relax, but also a good opportunity to cultivate their own specialties and cultivate their sentiments. Students can use this time to do many meaningful things, not just finish the teacher's homework. Students should learn to study actively in their spare time and holidays. The efficiency of autonomous learning is much higher than that of passive learning.

Summer vacation is also a good time for some businesses to make money. Offering various cram schools can not only give students at home in the summer vacation a place to study again, but also enrich the local cultural atmosphere, which can be described as killing two birds with one stone. As long as it is a law cram school with excellent teaching quality, the government should give it some support.

This social survey made me feel a lot. Although a little tired, but the harvest is not small. Only when college students have more contact with society can they exercise their abilities, broaden their horizons and enrich their experiences. We should not only learn the methods of investigation, but also learn how to treat people ... so social practice is a multi-objective activity. I will continue to do it.

People have many such experiences: a big box of gifts, which is mostly foamed plastic when opened; Go to the store to buy a toothpaste or a box of toys, and the salesman will pack it in a small plastic bag; Go to a fast food restaurant, and the waiter will give you a meal in a plastic box. When you go to the farmer's market, you can collect a lot of plastic bags. Vegetables, fruits and meat rice noodles are all packed in plastic bags for you. Even if you buy a garlic, it will be packed in a small plastic bag. Plastic products bring a lot of convenience to our life and are cheap. However, have you ever thought that it not only provides convenience for people, but also brings people a "white disaster"?

On the morning of February 10, XX, under the appeal of the Youth League Committee and the Political and Educational Affairs Office of our school, we launched this activity to publicize environmental protection knowledge in view of the problem of using plastic bags at this stage.

In the process of preparing publicity materials, we conducted various investigations and studies, and consulted various publicity materials of environmental protection knowledge through the Internet, books and periodicals. Now let me analyze the summary and experience of my social practice of environmental protection knowledge propaganda (aiming at "white pollution").

First of all, our practice process:

First of all, we came to the publicity platform, carefully read the publicity of environmental protection knowledge on the exhibition board, and learned about the pollution control and achievements of Taixing City. Then, by browsing the web page, we can understand the sewage treatment situation and process, look forward to the future development plan of Taixing City, and actively build a humanistic environment and a green environment that the whole society pays attention to environmental protection.

Second, analysis: What is "white pollution"?

"White pollution" has become a well-known new term. So, what exactly is "white pollution |"?

"White pollution" mainly refers to the environmental pollution caused by white foamed plastic lunch boxes, various plastic bags and agricultural plastic films. The main components of "white pollution" are polyethylene (pe), polyvinyl chloride (pv), polypropylene (pp) and polystyrene resin (ps). Plasticizer, foaming agent, heat stabilizer, antioxidant, etc. Also added to these pollutants.

Analysis: What is the main cause of "white pollution"?

1. Plastic garbage has not been properly managed and treated, and garbage has not been collected separately. What can be recycled is not recycled.

2. Many enterprises do not treat the white garbage produced in the production process scientifically and let it drift.

3. China's existing laws do not deal with plastic packaging waste, and have formulated excellent relevant laws and regulations.

4. Although our county has become much cleaner under the slogan of creating a provincial civilized and sanitary town, on the whole, people's awareness of environmental protection is still relatively weak, and the phenomenon of abusing and dumping plastic products at will is quite common.

Analysis: What are the hazards of "white pollution"?

(1) Visual hazard:

The plastic garbage scattered in the environment ruined the city appearance. Such as disposable foamed plastic tableware scattered in the natural environment, streets and lanes, rivers and lakes, and ultra-thin plastic bags flying all over the sky or hanging on branches, which bring bad stimulation to people's vision.

(2) Potential hazards:

1. Plastic film waste remains in the soil in a large area and accumulates for a long time, causing soil hardening, affecting crops' absorption of nutrients and water, and leading to crop yield reduction.

2. Plastic garbage discarded on land or in water will lead to the death of animals if it is swallowed as food.

3. The plastic garbage entering the domestic garbage is light in weight, large in volume and difficult to handle. If they are buried, they will occupy a lot of land and it will be difficult to decompose for a long time.

4. Some plastics are poisonous. If they are used as tableware or food packaging materials, they will be harmful to human health.

5. The ozone layer is thinning. White pollution releases a large number of poisons in plastics into the atmosphere after sunlight, and the ozone layer is above the atmosphere, making the gas in the ozone layer gradually thinner.

Verb (abbreviation for verb) Take action to control "white pollution":

Through the social practice of environmental protection knowledge propaganda, I understand that with the rapid development of industrial and agricultural production, it has created unprecedented huge material wealth for mankind and paid a heavy price for the environment. Ecological destruction and environmental pollution have posed a serious threat to human survival and development. Whenever it is windy, the air is filled with yellow dust, and sometimes white plastic bags fly in the air, which makes people very embarrassed to go out. However, solving environmental problems has become an urgent task.

In Taixing city, although many sanitation workers are fighting "white pollution" day and night every day. However, to change this situation, it is far from enough to rely solely on the efforts of sanitation workers. We must also improve our environmental awareness. Environmental pollution and destruction are not caused by one person, and protecting the environment should be the behavior of the whole society. Therefore, each of us has an obligation to protect the environment.

At the same time, I also understand that we are the masters of society, and improving the global environment is the unshirkable responsibility and obligation of our generation. We should strive to raise awareness of environmental protection and save resources. If everyone in the world destroys it every day, the earth will become a garbage dump; If everyone in the world is environmentally friendly every day, we can create a beautiful world.

Let's join hands to protect the earth and our home. Here, I suggest starting from ourselves, starting from small things, and always doing:

1, do not litter, and put the garbage in the designated garbage bin;

2. Our school has set up a "garbage sorting place", so we should actively participate in and publicize it;

3. Don't waste, including not wasting a piece of paper, a drop of water and a penny;

4. Try not to use plastic bags, use less plastic bags, and actively use renewable products to reduce white pollution;

5. when you find that there are behaviors that destroy the environment around you.

Social Practice Survey Report Template 3

Adhering to the purpose of "practicing true knowledge, improving myself, serving the society and building harmony", I chose social research activities as my practice content this winter vacation. As we all know, law is a weapon for us to safeguard our legitimate rights and interests. Only by making full use of the law can we protect our legitimate rights and interests, and having legal awareness and knowledge is the premise of using the law. As senior talents with professional knowledge in 2 1 century, are college students sound in legal awareness? So I surveyed 50 foreign universities (non-undergraduate law majors) who stayed in Shantou University for the New Year.

First, research methods, questionnaire survey

The investigation time is February, XX 10. With the help of my high school classmates, a questionnaire survey was conducted among 50 foreign college students who didn't go home for the New Year in Shantou University. The survey method is to fill in the questionnaire anonymously and analyze the survey results manually, so as to draw the survey conclusion.

Second, the survey results

Through the questionnaire survey, we have a basic understanding of college students' legal consciousness. The survey is as follows:

(1), you grew up in ()

A, rural 74%b, urban 26%

In all your experiences, have you ever solved disputes through legal channels? ()

A, 18%b, no 82%

As can be seen from the above data, the legal awareness of most college students is not good. When their clients' rights and interests are infringed, they don't solve the problem through legal channels, but have the idea of "forget it" and "count themselves unlucky". This phenomenon is more obvious among college students who grew up in rural areas.

(3), can you distinguish between illegal and criminal? ()

A, can be 24%b, not necessarily 14%c, can be 62% at most.

(4) What do you think are the main problems in your current legal study?

A, know legal knowledge but can't actually use 32%

B, lack of legal knowledge 40%

C, can use legal knowledge to solve practical problems 28%

5. Do you pay attention to national legislative activities or legal reports? ()

A, often 12%b, occasionally 74%c, never 14%.

As can be seen from the above data, only 12%, that is, 6 people (50 respondents) often pay attention to national legislative activities or legal reports, 14%, that is, 7 people say they never pay attention to the law, which shows that college students pay little attention to the law, and they think that as long as they abide by the law and do not break the law, the law is far from them.

[6], do you know that the longest probation period stipulated in the labor law is ()?

A, 22%b for three months, 48%c for six months and 30% for one year.

According to China's labor law, the probation period shall not exceed six months. However, according to the survey, 52% of college students don't know that this problem is related to their employment after graduation, which shows that college students don't know much about the legal knowledge closely related to it.

Once, what do you think the role of law in life is ()?

First, it is very important, and it is an effective means to safeguard rights and interests 32%

More importantly, sometimes trying to solve the problem by law 42%.

C, generally important, do not use the law 26%.

D, unimportant 0%
