Rights and responsibilities for granting leave: it shall be approved by the counselor within one day, the secretary of the Party branch within three days, the dean within one week and the dean for more than one week. If you ask for leave during the exam, you should go through the extension formalities before the exam. During the semester registration, with the approval of the registration section of the academic affairs office, you can go through the formalities of extension of registration.
Several regulations on students' leave:
1. Whoever forges a leave certificate shall be punished as "forging documents and certificates" in accordance with the Measures for Rewarding and Punishing Students of our college.
2. The person who asks for leave must go through the formalities of asking for leave in person. Unless he is seriously ill or has a major accident, he shall not ask someone to do it for him.
3, AWOL, that is, do not participate in classes, parties and other activities, AWOL theory. Those who leave school and go home first and then write to their parents for leave, no matter whether they are sick or not, are not allowed to take leave.
4, school or holidays should be back to school, in case of unexpected or irresistible special circumstances, allowed to ask for leave.
5. After the personal leave is approved, if the personal leave cannot be terminated as scheduled, you should first issue a certificate and apply for an extension of the personal leave. Those who extend their holidays should go to the counselor to fill in the leave card on the day of returning to school for future reference.
