The role of enterprise universities
The main purpose of establishing enterprise universities is to improve the performance and competitiveness of enterprises, and its essence is to promote the rapid growth of employees and organizations and improve organizational performance at the same time. Based on the above understanding, I divide the roles of corporate universities into two main roles (growth consultant and performance partner) and six auxiliary roles (training management expert, resource integrator, organizational builder, cultural builder, performance potential mining expert and change promoter), as follows:

Growth consultants are growth consultants for employees and organizations to help them grow rapidly. As a growth consultant, you need to have professional training management ability and organizational construction ability, take cultural construction as the guide, strengthen resource integration and provide professional services, corresponding to the training management experts, organizational builders, cultural builders and resource integrators in No.6 Middle School.

Performance partners are the performance partners of managers in the whole industrial chain, such as suppliers, internal units and external customers, which help them greatly improve organizational performance. As a performance partner, you need to have professional performance mining ability, innovation promotion ability and organizational construction ability, take cultural construction as the guide, strengthen resource integration, and provide professional training and consulting services, including all the roles in the six auxiliary schools.
