3. The ups and downs of dreams and reality. Everyone in the university is looking forward to a bright future and making an overall plan for their own life path, but after work, they always feel that there is a big difference between reality and imagination. I probably don't really want to do the first job, and I probably don't want to do the second job in this enterprise. Secondly, buying a house after graduating from college has become a realistic demand and a prerequisite for starting a family. Although the salary of 4000 yuan is more than enough, it is difficult to achieve it in a short time without the support of family members.

I am too energetic at work to get out. I don't need it myself, and it's not easy to assign leading cadres. Leading cadres and senior friends will continue to distribute unclassified things. It takes a lot of effort to do this kind of work, and there is no benefit.

5. Complex interpersonal communication is not well solved. Some people will be nice to others on the surface, but they will be bad in private. Some people speak rudely and feel uncomfortable, but their hearts are all for the good of others. These two kinds of people can't be distinguished. It's hard to make intimate friends, or you'll get hurt.

6. Being discriminated against by others. I was labeled as a graduate of a new university by others, and this symbol represents beginners' ignorance of social development and work. There will always be some people who will naturally show their discrimination.
