There are two kinds of day study in the Art College affiliated to Shenyang Normal University, one is to live at home, and the other is to rent a house directly outside the school. Students and parents can apply to the school for daily study.

The Art School affiliated to Shenyang Normal University (formerly Liaoning Art School) was founded in 1959, and was promoted to the national key secondary art school in 2000. In 2002, it was merged into Shenyang Normal University by the decision of the provincial party committee and government, upgraded to an art college, and the secondary school was renamed as an art school affiliated to Shenyang Normal University.
