Is it easy to get into college in Shanghai?
It is neither easy nor difficult for Shanghainese to attend local universities. During the senior high school entrance examination, 50% of the students were brushed off, so they could not enter high school. They can only enter middle schools/secondary vocational schools, and those with better grades can enter undergraduate schools. Of the remaining 50% students, only about 20%, which is equivalent to only10% (985/211). Except for a few key schools in the district, (extremely) a few students can only enter a very ordinary school, most of them are in Grade 23, and there are many specialties. How easy is it to ask me? Junior high school is not particularly fun-loving, can be admitted to a high school with a not too bad style of study, and it is not for people who muddle along every day when they enter high school.
