College students are not necessarily required to be members of the Communist Youth League, but they are highly recommended. Due to the close relationship between party organizations, members of the Communist Youth League are usually more likely to get the attention and support of party organizations, and it is also easier to improve their overall quality and the development potential of party member. The development of party member needs the recommendation and review of the Youth League. After organizing life and work, members are more qualified and culturally become party member.
