First, there is a gap in the probability of successful enlistment. Under normal circumstances, there are many cases in which highly educated talents are enlisted in the army in big cities, especially the proportion of undergraduates who join the army is very high. Many junior college students have been brushed because of their low academic qualifications. Universities are generally located in relatively developed first-and second-tier cities, so the competition among university soldiers is relatively fierce. If the household registration is in an ordinary small county, the probability of successful enlistment is relatively high if you go to the army from your hometown.

Second, there is a gap in the bonus for college students to join the army. In order to encourage college students to actively join the army, many places have introduced many incentive policies. One of them is to give a one-time cash reward directly. College students who join the army from economically backward areas have less bonuses or even no bonuses.
College students get higher bonuses when they go to the army from big cities with relatively developed economies. For example, Chengdu, Sichuan: give a one-time bonus to ordinary full-time college students who join the army from Chengdu. The bonus standard is: 50,000 yuan for undergraduate graduates, 40,000 yuan for junior college graduates, 30,000 yuan for freshmen and 20,000 yuan for freshmen.

Third, there is a gap in the majors of directly recruiting non-commissioned officers. Requirements for directly recruiting noncommissioned officers: Full-time fresh graduates and previous graduates of ordinary colleges and universities give priority to recruiting fresh graduates, male, unmarried, under the age of 24, and their majors meet the professional scope of directly recruiting noncommissioned officers in 20021year. Recruiting fresh graduates from ordinary colleges and universities, where colleges and majors have carried out vocational skill appraisal, shall obtain the intermediate or above vocational qualification certificate issued by the state.
The majors required by different provinces are slightly different, so for college graduates, they may sign up as soldiers in different places, and whether they meet the requirements of directly recruiting non-commissioned officers may lead to different results. This requires you to go to the national recruitment network in advance to make an inquiry.

4. There is a gap in family allowances for conscripts. The money is paid to the family. Under normal circumstances, conscripts are not paid until half a year after they join the army, usually once a year, up to two years. Due to the different levels of economic development in different places, the amount of preferential treatment for conscripts is also different. Where the economy is relatively developed, it may be about 80 thousand in two years, and where the economy is underdeveloped, it may be only about 30 thousand.

5. There is a gap in the preferential policies enjoyed. Every province and even every city has its own unique preferential policies. In order to encourage college students to actively join the army, some places have taken out a certain proportion of institutions to recruit retired college students. Or retired college students and soldiers take an examination of public institutions, and there is a bonus policy. Generally speaking, the more developed the economy, the more perfect the preferential policies.
