Ryerson University is one of the universities in Ontario, Canada. It has international cooperation and exchange programs with Communication University of China, Suzhou University and Harbin Institute of Technology, and is a famous public university. This school was named after Egerton Ryerson, the early minister of education in western Canada. Located in the center of Toronto, Canada's largest city, it is a typical city university. The school's predecessor, Ryerson Institute of Technology, was founded in 1948, and was officially renamed Ryerson University in 2002. As the university with the largest number of undergraduate graduates in Canadian universities, its teaching purpose is "learning knowledge through practice". Many students choose Ryerson University because not only they can fully practice, but also the courses offered by the school provide broad prospects for their future employment.
