The first week of internship is an adaptation period. Mainly understand the background, products and development direction of some companies. In addition, try to communicate with colleagues and learn a lot from the conversation. My colleagues are very enthusiastic and take care of me. They often lend me a helping hand when I am in trouble, which makes me very moved.

A few days later, I began to do some business-related work with the help of the same time, mainly to help with some simple things. That is to lay the foundation. Don't underestimate these activities. Although simple, it can't be neglected. Everything is crucial because they are all connected. In order to ensure ultimate success, we must lay a good foundation for every step in the future.

In order to really learn knowledge, I am very strict with myself to do everything well, even if it is a very simple thing, I will seriously consider it several times. So although it is unpleasant, I can guarantee to satisfy my colleagues. Colleagues are generally not in a hurry. They arrange the tasks and give them to me, and at the same time provide some help from time to time. When you are familiar with it, it will become easier and easier to do things.

The first week of internship, I can simply sum it up in a few words, that is: see more, ask more, observe more and think more!

On the one hand, we should cultivate the ability of independent thinking, and consciously try to solve problems independently when encountering problems, so as to have a deeper understanding of the problems and benefit a lot from solving them.

On the other hand, we should cultivate team spirit. The company is a whole, and its products are the crystallization of the team. Everyone needs to communicate with others better, help each other and work together for the same goal. Only by uniting the wisdom of all people can we play the greatest role.

I started my internship in the second week and have gradually entered the state. I started to contact some businesses independently, and the company knew that I was a novice in sales, so at first I was mainly asked to communicate with customers by phone.

We should talk to customers from now on, understand their intentions well, and accurately convey the information of the company and products to customers. This requires me to be quite familiar with some business processes and product features of the company itself. So I will go to work earlier than my colleagues every day and prepare some materials that I have consulted at any time. Of course, it would be better if these materials can be put in my mind, so I will read them several times when I have time and slowly recite them in my heart.

The work is progressing smoothly. Usually I have to answer a lot of calls every day, and the calls are generally short. I just need to make some brief introductions. Of course, some customers need more detailed information, so I need to describe the whole situation and try to let them know more about our products. The most important thing is to make them feel that our products are excellent. Although I think my eloquence is not good, I can describe things clearly, which also makes my customers very satisfied. And every time I let the customer hang up with satisfaction, I feel very practical. Although my mouth is thirsty, I think maybe I just got a deal, even if I try harder, it will be worth it.

The work is very hard, especially one or two days before the weekend, and there are a lot of phone calls. It seems that everyone wants to finish something before the weekend, so that they can rest in peace during the holiday.

Too many phones are easy to get confused. Fortunately, there are colleagues around to deal with it. More often they help me, and sometimes I help them. Helping each other also makes it easier to solve problems.

At the weekend, the manager invited me to dinner, took good care of me and expressed great satisfaction with my work during this period.

After two weeks of training, I found myself making rapid progress. Even in the sales position I have never been exposed to, I have a deeper understanding of the sales industry. I'm still doing telephone communication with customers this week. Go out to interview clients occasionally.

Because I have always been introverted, the first interview with customers seemed nervous and not smooth, but after an experience, I made a lot of progress. With the encouragement of my manager and colleagues, I boldly tried to deal with it and gradually got better. No more stage fright under strange circumstances. Today, customers who are much more experienced than me can be familiar with our products through concise and clear expressions, so as to have a stronger interest in our products.

People are always like this. If you haven't experienced it, you will never know what it is like and whether it is really that difficult. So, no matter what, even if you are completely unfamiliar, as long as you have the opportunity, you must try and do well. Because there is no experience, then more preparation is needed. The other thing is not to be afraid of failure, just do it with your heart. When you are proficient, then success will come naturally. For example, although I didn't do a good job or failed in interviewing clients for the first time, this attempt benefited me a lot and greatly promoted the success of my follow-up tasks. I have also tested my level and adaptability through constant experience and attempts.

Only through constant efforts, constant attempts and constant accumulation of experience can we find our own shortcomings, and then when we make up for them, we will really improve ourselves. So, anyway, work hard and tell yourself that you can do better as long as you put your heart into it!

I usually wander around the dormitory, feeling that the days are so slow and boring. In the company, it is completely different. The intense work every day leaves me no time to think about other things. So unconsciously, I found that my short month was coming to an end. Actually, I really want to stay a few more days if I can. Although I may not be engaged in this industry or this position in the future, this experience is true. I feel that I am making progress every day, and I can get in touch with new things every day and absorb them bit by bit. When I first stepped into the society, I had a deep feeling, which is exactly what I said: society is the best university. Sure enough.
