(1) Persons who sign up for the national postgraduate entrance examination shall meet the following conditions:
1. People's Republic of China (PRC) citizen.
2. Support the leadership of the China * * * production party, have good moral character and abide by the law.
3. Good health meets the requirements of national physical examination. Please carefully check the Guiding Opinions on Physical Examination for Enrollment in Colleges and Universities (J.F. [2003] No.3) issued by the Ministry of Education, the former Ministry of Health and the China Disabled Persons' Federation and the Notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Education and the General Office of the Ministry of Health on the Cancellation of Hepatitis B Testing for Enrollment in Colleges and Universities (Church [2010] No.2) before entering the exam.
4. The academic level of candidates must meet one of the following conditions:
(1) Undergraduate graduates with nationally recognized academic qualifications (including undergraduate graduates of adult higher education held by ordinary universities, adult universities and ordinary universities) and undergraduates who can graduate through self-study exams and online education. Candidates must obtain a nationally recognized undergraduate diploma or an academic degree certification certificate issued by the study abroad service center of the Ministry of Education before the admission date of the year, otherwise the admission qualification will be invalid.

(5) Graduate students must obtain the consent of the training unit before registering.
(2) Persons who sign up for the postgraduate entrance examination for legal (illegal) professional degrees shall meet the following conditions:
The major studied before entering the examination is non-law major (graduates of law major [code: 030 1], graduates of law major at junior college level and graduates of self-taught formal law major are not allowed to enter the examination).
(3) Persons who sign up for the law (law) postgraduate entrance examination shall meet the following conditions:
The major he studied before entering the examination is law (only graduates of law major [code: 030 1], law graduates at junior college level, law graduates in the form of self-study examination and those who have obtained the second bachelor's degree in law can enter the examination).
(4) Persons who register for the entrance examination for graduate students majoring in business administration (code 125 100) and engineering management (code 12560 1) shall meet the following additional conditions:
1. Persons who have worked for more than 3 years after graduation (from graduation to the date of admission in the current year); Or a person who has graduated from a higher vocational college recognized by the state or has more than 5 years of work experience after graduation (from graduation to the date of admission in that year); Or those who have worked for more than 2 years after obtaining a master's or doctoral degree (from graduation to the date of admission in the current year).
2. The enrollment policy for business administration (code 125 100) related examinations for professional degree graduate students shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Opinions of the Ministry of Education on Further Standardizing MBA Postgraduate Education (Teaching and Research [2016] No.2).
(five) candidates who apply for the special postgraduate enrollment plan of "Retired College Soldiers" shall meet the following conditions:
1. College students who should be enlisted or discharged from active service meet the requirements for postgraduate entrance examination (college students refer to graduates (past) from full-time ordinary colleges (including higher vocational colleges), graduate students, second bachelor's degrees, students and freshmen, and graduates (past) from ordinary colleges (higher vocational colleges) recruited by adult colleges).
2. Meet the enrollment conditions and policies of all majors in our school.
(6) Exempting students from registration
Candidates with the qualification of recommended exemption must log in to the "National Information Disclosure and Management Service System for Recommended Exemption of Postgraduates" (website: /tm) within the time specified by the state to fill in their volunteers and take part in the re-examination.
Other personnel who meet the qualification conditions for studying for a master's degree without examination (such as having won the second class in the army) should log in to the "National Information Disclosure and Management Service System for Studying for a Master's Degree without Examination" within the registration time stipulated by the state.
(2) Persons with a nationally recognized undergraduate degree.
(3) Those who have obtained the diploma of higher vocational colleges recognized by the state for two years (from graduation to the date of admission in the current year) or above, and undergraduate graduates who hold the diploma of higher vocational colleges recognized by the state shall apply for the exam with the same academic ability as undergraduate graduates.
