Facing the development of local economy, we should adopt the development mode of "government-led, tripartite cooperation, three-zone linkage and company operation", establish a linkage operation mechanism among parks, parks and communities, and rely on the advantages of universities and research institutes to innovate resources to form a trinity functional layout of enterprise incubation, innovation and entrepreneurship and industrialization, so as to promote the harmonious development of parks. According to the construction requirements of National University Science Park, the distribution of disciplines in each campus of our university and the advantages and characteristics of other surrounding universities, the science park will be planned and constructed in three stages: core layer, expansion layer and radiation layer.
