Chapter III The Original Text of the University
There is no preceding sentence in "Innovate, Innovate and Innovate", which is selected from the Confucian classic of China-Book of Rites University, which is the third chapter of the university. It means that if you can innovate every day, you must keep innovating every day and update when there is something new. Metaphor emphasizes the key behavior of timely reflection and continuous innovation and strengthening ideological revolutionization from the perspective of diligence and motivation.

Original text:

Pan Ming of Tang Zhi said, "If you are new, you will be new, and you will be new." Gao Kang said, "Be a new citizen." The poem reads: "Although Zhou is an old country, his life has changed." Therefore, a gentleman does his best.

Translation:

The proverb carved on the bath by King Shang Tang said, "If you can update it every day, you can update it every day." Gao Kang said: "Encourage people to abandon the old and absorb new ideas." The Book of Songs said: "Although the Zhou Dynasty was an old country, it was endowed with a new destiny." Therefore, people with high moral character pursue perfection everywhere.

"To innovate, to innovate, to innovate" comes from the inscription on a vessel in the Shang Tang era quoted by the university in the four books. According to the textual research of Guo Moruo, a writer in Jin Dynasty, there was no moral proverb in Shang and Zhou Dynasties. The so-called Shang Tang-era vessels by the author of "University" have long been lost, and the bronzes we saw should be a broken thing. If a part is missing, the word is broken. If it is finished, this proverb will become "father, father, and brother."
