Chapter one? general rule
Rule number one In order to ensure the smooth enrollment of full-time undergraduates in Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine (hereinafter referred to as the school) and earnestly safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the school and candidates, the Articles of Association are formulated in accordance with the relevant enrollment regulations of the Ministry of Education and the enrollment policies of the school in the relevant enrollment provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government), combined with the actual situation of the school.
Rule number two The Articles of Association is applicable to the full-time undergraduate enrollment of our school.
Rule three. Full name of the school: Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine. School code: GB code 103 15. The codes of schools in all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) shall be subject to the codes published by the admissions departments of all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government).
The school has three campuses: Xianlin Campus, Hanzhongmen Campus and Taizhou Campus. Article 4? The school is a public full-time undergraduate college in Jiangsu Province, a national "double-class" construction college, a high-level university construction college in Jiangsu Province, and a university jointly established by the Ministry of Education, the Jiangsu Provincial People's Government and state administration of traditional chinese medicine. Founded in 1954, the school is one of the earliest Chinese medicine institutions of higher learning in China. The school adheres to the pattern of running a school with Chinese medicine as the main body, the combination of Chinese and Western medicine and the coordinated development of multiple disciplines, and offers majors involving six disciplines: medicine, management, science, engineering, economics and literature.
Article 5? The school will issue a general undergraduate diploma to those who meet the graduation requirements of this major within the specified time; Those who meet the conditions for granting school degrees shall be awarded school degree certificates; If the conditions for conferring degrees on Chinese-foreign cooperatively-run schools are met, the degree certificate of the cooperatively-run school shall also be conferred.
Article 6? According to the requirements of the Ministry of Education and the relevant provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) on the enrollment work of colleges and universities, the school implements the enrollment system under the responsibility of the school and the supervision of the enrollment departments of the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government), adheres to the comprehensive measurement of morality, intelligence, physique and beauty, and enrolls students in strict accordance with the relevant provisions of the enrollment work in accordance with the principles of fairness, openness, impartiality and merit.

Article 10? According to the actual situation of the school's talent training objectives, school conditions, such as the number of college entrance examinations in various provinces, the quality of students and the coordinated development of regions, combined with the preparation of the school's student enrollment plan in recent years, the school's provincial student enrollment plan is comprehensively analyzed and determined. After examination, it will be announced to the public by the competent admissions departments of all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government).
Article 11? According to the regulations of the Ministry of Education, the number of reserved plans in this school does not exceed 1% of the total undergraduate enrollment plans this year, which is mainly used to adjust the imbalance of online students in the unified examination. When the enrollment plan needs to be adjusted according to the situation of students, the school shall apply to the competent department of enrollment plan and the competent department of enrollment of relevant provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) and implement it after examination and approval.
Chapter four? Apply for qualification
Article 12? Candidates who meet the registration requirements stipulated by the Admissions Committee of the province (autonomous region or municipality directly under the Central Government) where the students are located may apply.
Thirteenth schools strictly implement the Ministry of Education's "Guiding Opinions on Physical Examination of Enrollment in Colleges and Universities" (J.F. [2003] No.3) and related regulations. Candidates applying for medical and health-related majors must meet the physical examination requirements of medical and health-related majors. There is no requirement for the ratio of male to female when the school enrolls new students. After the freshmen enter the school, the school will conduct qualification examination and physical re-examination for the freshmen within three months. Those who fail to pass the review shall be dealt with according to the relevant provisions of the state, and those who are found to be fraudulent shall be disqualified.
Fourteenth schools are not limited to candidates taking foreign languages, and all candidates will arrange teaching in English as their first foreign language after entering school.

Fifteenth schools in accordance with the relevant provisions of the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government), delimit the proportion of file reading candidates, and select the best candidates.
Article 16 In accordance with the principle of "sorting by points and following the will", the professional arrangement of candidates who enter the archives shall be sorted from high to low according to the actual filing results, and the candidates shall be selected on the basis of merit, and there shall be no professional grade difference. When the scores are the same, the candidates in Jiangsu Province will file according to the sum of Chinese and mathematics, the highest score of Chinese or mathematics, the highest score of foreign language, the highest score of preferred subjects and the highest score of multiple subjects from high to low. If it is still the same, compare the candidate's volunteer order, and the first order is preferred; Similarly, once again, combined with the comprehensive quality evaluation, it is decided whether the candidates will be admitted and the majors to be admitted; Finally, arrange candidates who can't meet their professional volunteers and obey professional adjustment. When the scores of foreign candidates in Jiangsu Province are the same, they are ranked from high to low according to the sum of the scores of Chinese, Mathematics and Foreign Languages and the sum of the scores of Chinese and Mathematics, and finally the candidates who cannot meet the professional volunteers and obey the professional adjustment are arranged.
Article 17? The school recognizes all kinds of outstanding students, special students and other care policies clearly stipulated in the enrollment documents of the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government).
Article 18? The school is one of the institutions approved by Jiangsu Provincial Department of Education with comprehensive evaluation of enrollment rights. Candidates who participate in the comprehensive evaluation of the school enrollment and obtain the qualification of Selected Graduates must fill in the comprehensive evaluation of the school as required to enjoy the excellent admission policy. The comprehensive evaluation of candidates' admission shall be carried out in accordance with the Comprehensive Evaluation Admissions Guide of Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine in 2022.
Article 19 The admission of special programs for students in rural and poverty-stricken areas, free training programs for rural order-oriented medical students, and full-time enrollment plans for acupuncture and massage undergraduate majors (visually impaired classes) shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of the Ministry of Education and the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Education and the school's enrollment methods.
Article 20? Admission of preparatory classes for ethnic minorities, high school classes in Xinjiang in the Mainland, cooperation plans in the central and western regions, and targeted training enrollment plans for aiding the poor in Xinjiang shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of the Ministry of Education, provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) and school enrollment measures.
Article 21? The pilot provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) for the comprehensive reform of the college entrance examination are implemented in accordance with the published reform plan and related measures.

Article 22? Some undergraduate majors in the school are enrolled by professional categories, and freshmen enrolled by professional categories do not divide professional categories when enrolling students. After completing the major basic courses, according to their own professional development goals and interests, supplemented by students' grades, they will participate in the major diversion and enter the specific major of this major.
Article 23? Candidates who are admitted to the school will be issued an admission notice by the school after being examined and approved by the competent admissions departments of all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government).
Article 24? The school is based on the standards approved by the price department of Jiangsu Province ("Jiangsu Provincial Price Bureau? Science majors are 5500 yuan/student/school year, engineering majors are 5800 yuan/student/school year, and medical majors are 6800 yuan/student/school year. The maximum floating range of dominant disciplines in Jiangsu Province in the current construction period does not exceed 65,438+00% (subject to the standards approved by the higher level). The tuition fee for Chinese-foreign cooperative education projects is 22,000 yuan/student/academic year (the benchmark standard), and the floating ratio does not exceed 20% (the specific standard is subject to the approval of the higher level); Students studying abroad shall pay wages according to relevant agreements. Article 25? The accommodation fee for student apartments is RMB 500- 1500 yuan per student per academic year (Interim Measures for the Management of Socialized Student Apartment Fees in Colleges and Universities (Su Jiafei [2002] No.369, Su Caizong [2002] 162)). Please refer to the school's annual fee announcement for specific standards.
Article 26? For students with financial difficulties from families, the school has established a system to help students with financial difficulties from families, with student loans as the basic channel, various scholarships as the effective incentives, and work-study programs, tuition reduction and temporary difficulties subsidies as the auxiliary measures to ensure that every student does not drop out of school because of financial difficulties from families.

Chapter seven? supplementary terms
Article 28? The Articles of Association are released to the public through the undergraduate enrollment network of Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. If there is any misunderstanding in the articles of association published by various media, the complete enrollment articles published by the school shall prevail.
Article 29? If there is any conflict between the previous policies and regulations on enrollment and the articles of association, the articles of association shall prevail, and the original policies and regulations shall be abolished immediately; When national laws, regulations, rules and relevant policies at higher levels change, the changed provisions shall prevail.
