They are near the University for the Aged on Qiantangjiang Road. You can take the 18 bus from the ferry and get off at the "University for the Aged" station.

There are two types of welding certificates:

1, welder's license issued by the safety supervision bureau, usually 15 days.

2. The welder's professional qualification certificate issued by the Labor Bureau (divided into 1-5 grades), the intermediate (grade 4) is generally issued in 10 days, and the advanced (grade 3) welder's certificate is relatively slow and generally issued in February.
