Hainan tropical ocean college. Hainan Tropical Ocean University is a provincial full-time public undergraduate college located in Sanya, Hainan Province. It was established by Hainan Provincial People's Government, former State Oceanic Administration, China Offshore Oil Corporation, Sanya Municipal People's Government and Sansha Municipal People's Government. It is the "China-ASEAN Education and Training Center" of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Education, a foreign aid base of the Ministry of Education, and a Chinese member institution of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization University.

2. Sanya College. Sanya College was founded in 2005, funded by Geely Group and Sanya Tianya Haijiao Tourism Development Co., Ltd., and officially transformed into a private university on 20 18.
