2. Students need to meet the English language requirements of the memorandum of understanding.
3. Students need to submit graduation certificates and transcripts of seven grades to prove that their grades can meet the admission requirements.
4. Authorized intermediary agencies to assess whether students can meet the admission requirements in the last semester.
Note: If a student fails to meet the admission requirements of the offer before July of that year, or fails to complete the graduation materials before July of that year, the COE of the student will be cancelled.
China students who meet the university policy can apply for visas after obtaining CON-COE, and then make up graduation materials in July, so as to realize the seamless connection between graduation in June and admission in July.
