Practice Summary of the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine

I practiced in the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine for one year, including internal medicine, surgery, specialty, emergency, pharmacy and radiology. The process of internship is the process of my growth and harvest.

With the improvement of China's medical undertakings and the continuous improvement of people's health requirements, clinical medicine plays an irreplaceable role. The social attention to medical staff requires us to constantly improve our own quality and cultivate practical operation ability. According to the requirements of the school, I chose the First Affiliated Hospital of Provincial Traditional Chinese Medicine for a one-year internship. I hope that through this internship, I will be familiar with the basic operation process of the hospital and the clinical operation skills of various subjects. Internship is the best opportunity for us students who are about to leave school to apply what we have learned. In this year's internship, I learned some knowledge that books can't learn, and accumulated some practical experience for future clinical work. Combined with the practice of different departments, the experience is not the same, the most profound is the medical record writing standard of internal medicine and the operation process and practical skills learning of surgery.

The first is internal medicine. The neurology ward is the first stop of my internship, and it is also the most impressive stop among several internal medicine departments. As one of the departments of internal medicine, its medical record writing requirements are very standardized, which is the basic skill we must learn first when we embark on clinical practice. A doctor who can't write a good medical record will not be a good doctor. Because the patients in neurology department are basically elderly people, we need to pay special attention to the way of speaking and the degree of clinical skill operation, because we are old.

People's tolerance is different from that of young people, and the particularity of cerebrovascular diseases makes some patients with motor dysfunction irritable, so good doctor-patient communication ability is the first level to gain patients' trust. The second level lies in the proficiency of clinical skills, such as simply measuring blood pressure and blood sugar. If it is heavy or unskilled, it will cause the patient's disgust.

Followed by surgery. The most standardized surgical procedure learning is in general surgery, which requires strict aseptic system and lays a solid foundation for cultivating and deepening our aseptic concept. Not only that, we also learned the preoperative preparation process, suture, the use of electrotome, familiar with the minimally invasive surgery process, learning and participating in different surgical operations, and so on. Compared with simple reading, hands-on operation is more impressive.

In addition, about Chinese medicine. Walking into the traditional Chinese medicine pharmacy full of traditional Chinese medicine flavor, I faced so many traditional Chinese medicines, drawer-type medicine boxes and orderly Chinese patent medicines for the first time. Working in Chinese pharmacy requires rich theoretical knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine and skilled hands-on operation ability. When you get a prescription of traditional Chinese medicine, you should check whether the prescription has any incompatibility and pregnancy, and then you can adjust the medicine.

Looking at the practice process, the following points should be paid attention to clinically:

First, pay attention to personal image.

Entrance education seems to have never mentioned this question. However, I believe that many outsiders, including doctors in the impression of medical students, should be fully prepared-although the actual situation may not be consistent. From the day you stepped into the ward, you became a quasi-doctor. Although the status of doctors in China is not high, and the whole ward wants to boss you around, we can't look down on ourselves. What's more, no patient will completely trust a doctor with a beard, heavy makeup and wrinkled white coat from the beginning. Even the appearance of the famous Dr. House cannot win the trust of patients. So, please pay attention to your image, keep it clean and tidy, and keep your spirit fresh. The most crucial thing

Yes, that's the white dress. Because there are many interns, how can we not let the white coat mix in? We can make a mark on the collar of the white coat with a pen (remember to use an indelible pen).

Second, please don't be late.

This is a common problem. Many people rushed into the ward on the spot, whether they were interns, students in our hospital or advanced students. During the internship in nephrology, Professor He once asked interns to enter the ward at 7: 00, with residents arriving at 7: 30 and attending doctors arriving before 8: 00. He also asked the interns to make rounds before the teacher arrived. Although many departments don't require early arrival, you have to have a bottom line, that is, don't be late. Advocate to learn from surgeons, form the good habit of getting up early, take this amount of blood pressure, and say hello to all patients in hospital beds. "Did you sleep well last night? What did you have for breakfast? Is there anything wrong? " In order to master the first-hand information of the patients that day. This not only cultivates the independence of students' learning, but also gives you room to think. You can find a way to deal with any unexpected situation, and then tell the teacher to see where your gap is. If handled properly, the teacher will adopt it. Sometimes I can buy breakfast for my tutor. In this way, the church will appreciate you, appreciate you, and patients will trust you and even treat you as a bed doctor.

Third, what's in your pocket?

The notebook should be put in the pocket of the white coat first. There are a lot of things written on it, including a summary of patients' daily changes, strange doctor's orders, syndromes, the name and usage of drugs, a summary of the stages to be written in today's consultation, and various telephone numbers, QQ numbers, email addresses and MSN. This is the testimony of your internship, which is full of your happiness, sadness, admiration and doubts. Remember not to write on hospital paper. Ugly and easy to lose. More importantly, some old professors will be criticized when they see it. Then there is a stethoscope and a pen. Thirdly, most of them have mobile phones, so it is recommended to intervene.

Front, adjust to vibration.

Fourth, buy a medical record writing standard.

Remember the basic writing format and requirements before joining the department. After entering each department, consult the medical records written by the sisters (generally, the medical records of the sisters are more detailed and standardized than those of the seniors), and then think about the differences with other departments, because each department has different requirements for the format of medical records.

Fifth, if possible, review the relevant books before entering a subject.

If time is too tight, you can take books related to this subject to the department and consult them in your relatively free time, such as night shift. This combination with clinical study will be even more impressive. During the internship, students in a group can also communicate frequently and check the gap with each other.

During my internship in the hospital, I really felt a lot. I also learned a lot and saw a lot. I know the difference between work and study. At school, there are teachers, homework and exams, but at work, I have to study and do it myself. But whether it is work or study, we should treat it with a sincere heart. In practice, we should learn to study independently, have team spirit, know how to deal with people, have a positive learning attitude and be polite to people. As long as you want to learn, those old employees will not hesitate to teach you their years of experience, so that you can avoid detours in your work. In the process of internship, you can also know yourself better, know what you like and are interested in, and it will be easier to start working. Although internship is not an easy task, sometimes I feel so tired that you don't want to go back to the internship place, but when you recover, you will feel what a meaningful thing I did today, and the fatigue will be dispelled and replaced by the joy of harvest.

Practice makes true knowledge, practice makes talents! In this clinical practice, I realized the importance of combining theory with practice and the importance of good doctor-patient relationship. No practice

Testing, no matter how many theories are on paper. And good doctor-patient relationship is the key to promote patients' rehabilitation. I firmly believe that through this period of internship, the practical experience gained from it will benefit me for life, and will continue to be confirmed in the actual work after graduation. Not only that, here, I also understand a truth: be practical and work hard!
