Instructions for registration of 2022 graduate freshmen
First, finish it before the report.
1.2022 Full-time doctoral and master students will log on to the official WeChat account of Logistics Group to make apartment prediction, choose or inquire about apartment beds. See attachment 1 for the WeChat QR code and instructions for use.
2. The 2022 doctoral and master students (including part-time students) logged into the graduate management system from August 26th to September 1 day to complete the prediction. The domain name is/.
The campus unified identity authentication user name is the student number, and the initial login password is the last 6 digits of the ID number (if the last digit is a letter, please capitalize)+"SWust" (in words).
3. Doctoral and master students (including part-time) of Grade 2022 shall pay tuition and miscellaneous fees (excluding bedding fees and air-conditioning rental fees) from August 20th to September 2nd according to the postgraduate fees stipulated in the Admissions Guide, and pay tuition fees, accommodation fees and other admission fees through the official WeChat account or the unified payment platform () of the Planning and Finance Department of Southwest University of Science and Technology.
The authentication user name of the campus unified payment platform is the student number, and the initial login password is the last six digits of the ID number or xkd@000000.
4. Graduate students with financial difficulties can go to the student financial assistance management center of the local education department to consult and handle matters related to student-origin student loans, and the school actively cooperates with relevant departments to do this work well. Due to special reasons, graduate students who do not meet the application conditions for student-origin student loans and are identified as having financial difficulties in their families can apply for student-origin student loans on campus according to relevant regulations and procedures after registration.
Note: Graduate students who have not paid tuition and fees and have not applied for student-origin loan cannot go through the formalities of apartment occupancy directly. They need to go through the pre-application procedures for campus student loans in the counselor's office first.

The registration time for freshmen of Grade 2022 is from September 2 to September 4 (due to the need of epidemic prevention and control, the specific registration time may change, please keep in touch with counselors and teaching secretaries at any time, and pay attention to the latest announcement on the website of the Graduate Work Department/Graduate School of the Party Committee); If you can't report on time due to special reasons, you need to contact the counselor and go through the formalities of asking for leave. The specific requirements shall be implemented in accordance with the Regulations on the Management of Postgraduate Student Status of Southwest University of Science and Technology, and the leave shall not exceed 2 weeks in principle.

1. Full-time doctoral students: bring my second-generation ID card and admission notice, find the nearest postgraduate registration service point with face recognition device (see Annex 2 for the distribution table), and carry out face recognition (if face recognition fails, you need to go to the counselor for identity verification first);

1. Go to the college counselor, show your admission notice and ID card, and verify your identity.
2. Get campus cards, school badges, graduate manuals and other materials.

Third, after the report is completed.
1. The transfer of party organization relations after the start of school shall be handled according to the requirements of the school organization department.
2. Freshmen who bring their own files will submit the files to counselors, and the college will submit them to the school archives as required.
3. Freshmen who transfer their registered permanent residence shall submit the certificate of registered permanent residence transfer to the counselor, and the colleges shall submit it to the Security Office after summarizing it (subject to the notification time of the Security Office).

5. Take the college as the unit to take the entrance examination in the school hospital (subject to the time notified by the counselor).
6. Bring the admission notice and my second-generation ID card, the original and copy of undergraduate (junior college) diploma (master's freshman)/master's degree certificate (doctoral freshman) to the graduate teaching secretariat of the college where I work for qualification examination. Master graduates and undergraduate graduates (including self-taught graduates and online education graduates) are also required to provide the Electronic Registration Form for Academic Certificates of the Ministry of Education. 7. The graduate teaching secretary of the college will complete the registration formalities within two weeks. Graduate students who have not paid tuition and fees or applied for student loans cannot go through the registration formalities.
8. The graduate student ID card shall be handled uniformly after the freshmen register, and the handling method shall be notified separately.
