I. Introduction of the Employer

Jinan University is a comprehensive university approved by the Shandong Provincial People's Government and the Ministry of Education. It is a key construction university in Shandong Province and has the right to award bachelor's, master's and doctoral degrees.

Second, the recruitment position and number of people

Third, the recruitment conditions

(3) Persons who have received criminal punishment and have been expelled from public office, non-fresh graduates of full-time colleges and universities, active servicemen and those who are not allowed to be employed by laws and regulations are not allowed to apply for the exam, and non-fresh graduates of full-time colleges and universities are not allowed to apply for the exam on the condition of obtaining academic degrees. Four. Recruitment procedure

(A) release recruitment information

(2) Registration and qualification examination

After the registration, applicants must go to the designated place for on-site qualification examination within the specified time, and those who fail to do so will be deemed to have given up automatically. The time, place and specific requirements of on-site qualification examination will be notified separately on the website of Jinan University () and the recruitment website of Jinan University (), so please pay attention in time.

3. Qualification examination: The qualification examination of candidates runs through the whole recruitment process. Please fill in and submit relevant personal information truthfully. If the relevant materials and information provided by the candidates are untrue, once found, their qualifications for the examination will be cancelled.

(3) Examination

The examination is divided into written examination and interview. For positions for doctoral candidates (except counselor positions), after approval, the examination will be organized by direct interview with simplified procedures, and the interview score will be the total score of the examination.

1, written test

The written test content is professional knowledge related to work. Total written test score 100. After the written test, the written test results and the list of interview candidates will be announced in time.

The time and place of written examination will be notified separately.

Set a written test score of 60 points, and the candidates who have reached the written test score will determine the interview candidates according to the recruitment plan and recruitment position, and according to the written test scores from high to low according to the prescribed proportion; If there are vacancies in the number of qualified written tests, the recruitment will be cancelled; Not up to the prescribed proportion, determined according to the actual number of qualified people.

Step 2 interview

Teachers' job interviews are conducted by means of trial lectures and defense, mainly to examine whether candidates have the basic qualities and skills of the post, as well as the professional foundation and theoretical literacy required by the post.

The job interview of counselors takes the form of structured interview, which mainly tests the relevant professional knowledge, professional ability and comprehensive quality of candidates.

The positions of experimenter, information system developer and foreign affairs staff are conducted by way of presentation, defense and skill test, mainly to examine whether the candidates have the professional knowledge, basic quality and basic skills required for job application.

The interview time and place will be announced separately.

Total interview score 100. For positions where the interviewer fails to reach the required proportion and positions with simplified procedures, the interview passing score is set to 60 points. Only those who have achieved the interview results can enter the scope of examination and physical examination. The interview results will be announced on the spot after the interview.

After the interview, according to the percentage of written test scores and interview scores accounting for 50% respectively, the total test scores are synthesized. The written test scores, interview scores and total scores are calculated to two decimal places, and the mantissa is rounded off. If the total scores of candidates in the same recruitment position are tied, the candidates will be determined according to the written test scores from high to low.

(4) Inspection and physical examination

According to the recruitment position, according to the total test scores of candidates, from high score to low score, according to the ratio of the number of recruits 1: 1.5, the candidates who entered the investigation scope were determined. Those who pass the examination will be determined to enter the medical examination scope according to the proportion of the number of recruits 1: 1.

Applicants who fail to attend the physical examination at the specified time and place shall be deemed to have given up automatically. Applicants who need to re-examine according to the regulations shall not do it in the original medical examination hospital. The reinspection can only be carried out 1 time, and the result shall be subject to the reinspection conclusion.

Vacancies due to abandonment of inspection, physical examination qualification or unqualified inspection and physical examination can be filled in equal amount from other personnel who enter the same post to inspect the scope of physical examination.

(5) Employment publicity

Candidates who have passed the examination, inspection and physical examination will be uniformly publicized on the website of the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security for a period of 7 working days.
