Secondly, compare the enrollment ratio of colleges and universities. It can be found in official website, a major institution, that there are many political and legal institutions, and there are also many applications. Although the enrollment scale of 985 colleges and universities is small, the number of applicants is small and the enthusiasm of different majors is different, which can be considered in combination with specific colleges and universities. Finally, the reason for choosing Jinan University is that although science is good, the development of law is not inferior. Looking at the teacher's thesis, we can find that the academic atmosphere of Jinan University Law School is very strong, and a college with constantly updated academic works must be developing. At the same time, I personally prefer a relatively comprehensive school. I need to have a general understanding of the level of people who compete with you and evaluate whether you have an advantage in combination with your own level.

The specific situation of Jinan University's initial investigation is: one * * * test eight subjects, civil law, commercial law (ordinary+company law), civil litigation, criminal litigation, criminal law, constitution, jurisprudence and international law (public law). Don't jump to conclusions based on previous years' scores until you know exactly how many points you scored. Choose with the mentality that Jinan University is a science and engineering college and law is easy to test, then you will only feel backward because you are not fully prepared psychologically. We have to say, 985 is very easy to take the exam. It is really stressful to open eight subjects at the same time in the early stage, and unlike the French exam, you can follow the teacher. We are not trying to convince everyone. We always have to look at the objective situation before making a choice. But don't think you can't do it before you try. The harder you work, the luckier you are. If you try to find your own learning rhythm, your potential is unlimited.

Second, the preparation experience:

A good law learner needs to work hard to fully understand knowledge. Even if he can't fully understand, he should have a comprehensive view of the problem. He should not be limited to his own departmental law and his own legal world, but also have a heart that cares about everything. Law comes from life. Learning theory should return to life and solve legal problems in life. Only by studying law in this way can we not forget our initiative to return to the true nature of law.

Thirdly, about postgraduate courses.

The review of specialized courses should attract enough attention. Never put professional courses aside just because English politics is easier. Get out of your comfort zone and set aside some time for professional classes every day. When I first started reviewing specialized courses, I always didn't know how to start with complicated materials, because at the beginning, I felt that I couldn't learn a book, and I didn't know whether I should follow the teacher. At this time, it is easy to find information about the French exam, but in fact, I think the focus of the French exam is different from that of the postgraduate entrance examination. The French exam is more detailed and the postgraduate entrance examination is more in-depth, so if the undergraduate course is law, I don't think it is necessary to find various courses to listen to (unless this course was hardly studied at that time, such as my undergraduate course).

I study specialized courses in three steps:

The first step is to read a book (compare the handouts) and sort out the framework. Handouts and books complement each other, so it is more convenient to recite them in the future. It is recommended to take notes on the handout. The first round usually feels lonely, but don't panic, don't be afraid of slowness, stick to it, the accumulation of quantity is very important, and after the second time you will find the first effort very useful! You can read faster, don't think you will read every word, because I only turned three pages the morning before. In order to deal with this situation, I should make a plan and actively implement it. I used to be very resistant to making plans, thinking that plans would limit me. If I don't finish it, I will feel guilty, but if I don't have a plan, I will really put it off. The plan can be less detailed, but I must stipulate which books I will finish in a few days, otherwise I will be like me when I am 60 years old. I think it is best to read two subjects at a time in the first round of reading, except other subjects of civil law, which should be controlled within 15 days. Civil law is more complicated, so we can leave more time. Of course, time planning varies from person to person, so it is very important to find your own learning rhythm.

The second step is to mark the real questions on the handout first, then look at the second round of handouts and recite them. The real question is very important! Understand the key points of Jinan University through the real questions, exclude most non-key knowledge, and pay special attention to the knowledge points related to the real questions. You can test a point related to it in the previous year. I think the second round can be recited. Reciting is a process of understanding. Don't feel too early. Mainly about the memory of the first round framework and key knowledge. At this time, you will find that with the framework and key points, learning is much easier than the first time. But I have to say that this round is also a mechanical memory, and it is difficult to overcome the reciting obstacle, because you are used to the input of book knowledge. Now you have to go out of your comfort zone and force yourself to remember. Only the memorized knowledge can be truly understood and internalized into your own knowledge.

The third step is to read the paper and improve it. I don't think it's interesting to recite knowledge points bare. Reference books may not talk about controversial points or explain them carefully. At this time, you can find relevant papers to improve your study according to the knowledge points in the real questions over the years. The choice of the thesis can be the teacher of Jinan University or other teachers. You can read more papers to sort out the idea of an essay question and expand some controversial points, which will make your answer more beautiful. I don't think you want to run until you learn to walk. After reading a paper about a certain knowledge, you will find it suddenly clear. Maybe you were still struggling to recite the explanation of a noun before. After reading the paper, you will find that you really understand the term and know more about it. At first, you may find it difficult, but you must overcome your fear of difficulties. You can read the abstract and overall framework of the paper first, and then find some key reading points you want to know. Reading the paper doesn't mean reading every word. It takes too much time. You should find the knowledge you want to acquire and read it as soon as possible. It is also important to take notes when reading a paper and organize your own framework for answering essay questions.

After these three steps, I read the lecture notes and notes repeatedly to recite. Watch it as many times as you have time, don't stick to the number. As I said before, I just finished reading one round on June 5438+ 10, which is not a repeat. I really only watched it five times, that is, only twice after three steps, and one time I crammed for the exam. Of course, don't learn from me, but don't use time to increase your anxiety. It doesn't matter how many times you read this book, what matters is how much you really learned.

There must be a simulation before the exam! At that time, there was not enough time, so I just found some key nouns to explain and answer briefly and simulated myself. Probably copied the discussion and looked at the layout of the answers. Although it was only an incomplete simulation, it was not at a loss in the examination room. If you have enough time, I suggest simulating it several times, because reciting may not be written, and every comfort zone should come out.

Fourth, about English for postgraduate entrance examination

Let's talk about my English class. After all, I only got 60+. First of all, English words are really important. Although the progress of specialized courses is slow, I have been reading while reciting words in the early stage. I insist on memorizing new oriental word books by Ebbinghaus's mnemonic method. When I first read it, I wrote a true question every day for nearly ten years, which obviously made me more and more handy. Later, I didn't insist on memorizing words because I had to catch up with the progress of professional courses and prepare the final types, new questions and compositions in English. My second lesson is that the real problem of English 202 1 should be simulated, not done first, and the time should be strictly controlled when simulating. I just started doing real questions in 2020, and then I used this set of simulation, but I must have a memory, so I did it smoothly, giving me the illusion that there was enough time in the examination room, resulting in perfect forms, new questions and translations left in the last 30 minutes, so I was so scared that I didn't do any questions well. It's really important to grasp the time!

You can do multiple-choice questions after class. I don't think you need to go through the 1000 question twice. I don't think it is necessary to waste time, because most political choices are hot spots. Just do 1000 once to consolidate the basic knowledge. What is important is the multiple-choice questions of Xiao Si, Xu Ba and Zusi in the later period.

If you recite, you can recommend Sister Leg's recitation notes, which can be matched with her backpack in Himalaya. There are many knowledge points and many images. You can also listen to skills classes when you have time, which is helpful for making multiple-choice questions. It is also important to sort out the wrong questions in Xiao Si's, Xu Ba's and Leg's multiple-choice questions later. I sorted out the wrong questions before the exam and had a fancy multiple-choice question. Most problems may be different from year to year. 202 1 a small 4 is enough. Sixth, the second interview preparation

The second interview still needs to pay attention to the presentation of your expressive ability. My second interview is conducted online, so I need to test the dual-machine equipment in advance to ensure the compliance of the interview and the fluency of the network. In addition, I suggest choosing a natural and well-lit place for a second interview, which will make the teacher have a better impression on you. In fact, the English part of the second interview cannot be prepared in advance. Some teachers will ask professional questions in English, others will speak other contents, but they need to prepare legal English in advance (related to their major).

Seven, about the mentality of postgraduate entrance examination

Reject anxiety. Anxiety is the most useless. If you feel anxious, you will find the problem and solve it immediately, and make a plan to implement it. After enriching yourself, you have no time to worry.

Don't compare with others. There are many eight subjects in Jinan University. After the second round, you may be halfway through the first round. At this time, you will inevitably panic. This is unnecessary. You are not competing with him. You are competing with people who have taken the same exam in Jinan University. As long as you have your own plan, you can complete it step by step!

Don't be afraid of being late. It's never too late to start. I started preparing at the beginning of last year, but the epidemic situation at home was very poor, so I dragged my feet and went back to school to find my study status in September. I didn't finish reading a round of books until 10, but if I stick to it, my efforts will pay off. Don't always think about whether it is too late. It's only April!
