First of all, I want to explain that open management will have a negative impact on the campus environment to a certain extent. Oranges born in Jiangnan are oranges, and oranges born in Huaibei are oranges, which shows the importance of the environment to a person. Now our campus is like a small society, but in comparison, the campus is much simpler. First of all, because the members of the school are relatively simple, mainly students and teachers, even if there are some idle people, the number is very small, which will not have much impact on the campus. If the campus implements open management, I believe that the proportion of idle people in society will greatly increase, and the unstable factors on campus will naturally increase. What benefits will it bring to college students in such an environment? How can such an environment help us who take learning as our main task? How does such an environment reflect the advantages of open management? In addition, another reason why the university campus is relatively single is also obvious, that is, there are still many restrictions on college students' life at school. If the school implements open management, it should mean that the restrictions on college students' life will be greatly reduced. From this point of view, schools should not have the right to manage such things as staying out at night, taking idle people in and out of the dormitory, truancy, being late and leaving early, and the campus network does not limit the flow of unhealthy web pages. What a terrible scene it would be if such a thing were popular on campus. Was the campus still a campus at that time? Was the classroom still a classroom at that time? Will we still study hard for our ideals at that time?
Secondly, open management is more dangerous for college students with weak self-control ability. If the school implements open management, I believe many students can't resist the temptation of Internet cafes, karaoke bars, dance halls and other things, such as staying out at night, playing truant, being late and leaving early. I remember reading a report in 2000 that a top scholar in Shaanxi Province was expelled from Tsinghua for playing computer all night in Tsinghua. It is not an easy task to become the top scholar in Shaanxi Province. It is conceivable that how much effort he has made and how many temptations he has blocked in exchange for such brilliant achievements. However, even people with such strong self-control failed to resist the temptation in the university campus and were eventually expelled from the school. What does this mean? The university campus is definitely more relaxed than the high school management in their hometown. Relatively speaking, it is an experiment of "open management". What is the result? What's more, what we say here is "open management" without any restrictive words.
Finally, I think that open management limits the functions of the school, which is not conducive to the management of other aspects of the school, and the adverse effects of open management expand invisibly. School management of students' life is the most basic management. Only on this basis can other management be implemented. For example, in education management, teachers will impart knowledge to students in simple and vivid situations in class to promote students' hobbies. It seems easy, but if the school implements open management, let alone hobbies, I'm afraid even few people attend classes. In this case, how to continue education management? For another example, if the school holds a sports meeting and implements open management, it is estimated that most students will regard this day as a well-deserved holiday. By analogy, I am afraid that no one will respond positively to any activities organized by the school and any measures to be implemented. Can such a school be called a school? Can college students in this school still be called college students? Can such open management be implemented?
A school with no rules, or rules but no punishment measures, that is, a school that does not put any pressure on college students, how can it be called "management"? For college students, an unattended school will definitely do more harm than good, which means that strict management will do more harm than good!
