UCSI application procedures and materials for studying abroad
The first step is to prepare the following complete application materials for studying abroad (which must be translated into English).

And mail it to UCSI university:

1. A correctly and completely filled application form for studying abroad (the selected major must be indicated),

2. One notarized copy of the high school semester transcript (upper and lower semesters) and three copies.

3. One notarial certificate of graduation certificate and three copies of graduation certificate.

4. Two complete copies of passport (full page A4 paper),

5. 12 passport-type 2-inch photo with white background (the student's name and passport number are written on the back of each photo)

6. Completed accommodation application form

7. Copy of remittance slip for registration fee and dormitory reservation fee

8. Health certificates of overseas personnel

Step 2: If the student's academic qualifications meet the admission requirements of UCSI University, UCSI University will issue an admission notice after paying the registration fee, and indicate the tuition and fees of related majors.

Registration fee: (no refund for any reason)

A) All professional courses except music department, medicine and pharmacy.

Registration fee: Myr1000 (USD 350, estimated bank charges).

B) specialized courses of music department

Registration fee: Myr1300 (USD 450, estimated bank charges).

C) major in medicine and pharmacy, master's program

Registration fee: Myr1500 (USD 520, estimated bank charges).

D) Dormitory deposit: RM 1000 (US$ 350, the estimated handling fee charged by the bank).

* The balance after deducting bank charges will be transferred to the student status account as part of tuition and miscellaneous fees.

The registration fee must be paid to the China office of UCSI University, or wired to the account of UCSI University in China Bank, and the bank remittance slip must be faxed to the China office of UCSI University. The following are the details of UCSI University account:

Step 3: After receiving the above materials and money, UCSI University will issue an admission notice and submit the materials to the Immigration Bureau in time to apply for student visa approval. UCSI University will require students to pay tuition and miscellaneous fees in advance after the university obtains the approval of student visa. Students can wire or transfer money to various offices of UCSI University, and then UCSI University will send scanned copies to students or intermediaries.

Note: It takes about 60 days for the Immigration Department to process the relevant approval documents.

Step 4: China students must go through the entry visa formalities at the Malaysian Consulate in China (Beijing Consulate). For information, please contact the Malaysian Consulate in China or UCSI China office 02 1=50892306 or UCSI office (e-mail contact information is on the third page).

Documents required for visa application: original passport, two passport photos, and visa fee of 260 yuan RMB.

Pre-departure procedure

Step 1 Seven days before the students leave, the local office of UCSI will notify the following matters:

A. students' names (Chinese and English names);

B. the date and time of the student's departure;

C. Date and time of arrival at Kuala Lumpur Airport, Malaysia;

D. name and number of the flight.

Step 2 Students will get the following information about the college before they leave, such as:

1.The specific address and telephone number of UCSI University;

2. The phone number of the person who picked up the plane, and so on. ...

And make sure that students bring the following documents:

1. copy of the admission notice;

2. Original remittance slip for registration fee, tuition fee, miscellaneous fees, dormitory fee and deposit;

3. Original passport (valid for at least 12 months at the time of entry)

Third, according to the students' arrival time, the college arranges the person in charge and the student representative to meet the students at the airport.

When students arrive at Kuala Lumpur International Airport, they will take away passengers. Airport internal light rail? From where? Terminal c arrives? The Immigration Department passes through the Immigration Department and takes about 30 minutes to reach the baggage claim area.

At the immigration counter, students can see representatives of UCSI University waiting for students to go through immigration procedures. The student's name and information are indicated on the notice. Please wait for the school representative at the immigration office.

* If students enter LCCT airport again, please wait for the representative of UCSI University at the 10 counter.

Remarks: Students are not allowed to enter Shang Ruo without the approval of the representative of UCSI University.

Step 4: After completing the admission procedures, there will be a special car from UCSI University to send students to the dormitory to settle down. It takes about 45 minutes from the airport to the dormitory. Snacks and drinks will be given to students by student representatives.

Upon arrival at UCSI University, the student representative will assist the students to go through the dormitory formalities. The next day, the staff of the student center will provide a free dinner.

Post-arrival plan

As a first step, students must report to the international office on the second floor of Building A according to the date and time specified in the welcome letter. The rules of UCSI University, English test time and course selection procedure will be introduced to students one by one. Students must attend.

Students should pay the prescribed fees before starting classes. The bank account opening procedure will be completed with the assistance of the staff of the student center.

The second step is that students whose English education can't meet the requirements of the college must pass the English exam before they can be placed in the class. The English exam will be held in the north wing of UCSI University. The test results will be announced the next day, and students can get the results on the bulletin board of the English Department. Students must go through the course selection formalities immediately after they get their grades.

Students who meet the requirements of the college in English must go through the course selection formalities immediately.

The third step, when handling the course selection procedures, students should take the course selection form to the department head to get the opinions and approval of the course selection.

The curriculum can be obtained from the bulletin board of the University Examination Committee on the second floor of Building A, or downloaded from the eAvantage website.

Students must submit the signed course selection form to the archives room on the second floor of Building A, and the staff will teach students to register online subjects.

Students can get their student ID cards from the archives in three days.

Step 4 Students must submit their passports and student ID visa fees to the visa office on the second floor of Building A within the specified time. Copies of passports will be issued to students. Students should carry a copy of their student ID card and passport when going out.

The student's name will be listed on the bulletin board of the foreign exchange department on the third floor of Building A. If the name is listed on the bulletin board, it means that the student's passport can be collected.

Important notice:

A) The student visa must be submitted to the Foreign Exchange Department for renewal 1 month before its expiration. Those who fail to comply will be fined 65438+30 ringgit for 0 days.

B) Before leaving the country, students are responsible for ensuring that their student visas and round-trip permits are valid.
