Jiamusi University Profile:

Jiamusi University was founded on 1947,1June 27, 1995 and approved by the former State Education Commission. It was formed by the merger of Jiamusi Medical College, Jiamusi Institute of Technology, Jiamusi Teachers College and the former Jiamusi University. After 2000, Jiamusi Grain Workers Secondary Professional School, Fujin Normal School and Heilongjiang Industrial School merged one after another.

As of June 20 17 and 10, the school covers an area of 1965 mu (1310,000 square meters) with a building area of 576,000 square meters. There are 25 colleges, 4 research institutes and 82 research institutes (rooms). There are 2 first-level disciplines authorized for doctoral degrees, 1-level disciplines authorized for master's degrees 1 1, 5 master's degrees authorized in two disciplines, 5 master's degree authorization points, 3 post-doctoral research stations 1, and 76 undergraduate majors.
