Years of study: most of the national examinations need 9 semesters, and some have 8 semesters; After six semesters of study, if you pass the exam, you can get a bachelor's degree.
University study: The study of studying abroad in Germany is divided into several stages: the first stage is the study stage, followed by the first national law examination (Erste juristische? staatsprfung? (Referendarexamen)), the second stage is a two-year probation period (Vorbereitungsdienst), and the second national law examination (Zweite? Association of Jurists? (assessor's exam)
The object of study is the core field of civil law, criminal law, public law and procedural law, including the relevant contents of European law, legal methods and philosophical, historical and social foundations. In addition, there are elective courses to supplement learning and deepen compulsory courses.

Students should participate in internships (at least three months) during the holidays, so that they can experience the actual situation of legal work first-hand before they formally take part in the work. Must obtain the university's civil law, criminal law and public law achievements.
In addition, according to the different requirements of state laws, students must or better participate in other teaching activities (seminars, interest groups, discussion classes) (Arbeitsgemeinschaft, Kolloqium) and obtain proof of their achievements. Some colleges and universities can offer master's courses for foreign students.

Application conditions
First, the higher the matching degree between the domestic study abroad major and the application study abroad major, the better.
The key factor in applying for a master's degree in German universities is the matching degree between domestic undergraduate courses and German undergraduate courses with the same major. Under normal circumstances, applicants with a matching degree of more than 90% can directly apply for postgraduate admission. If the matching degree is less than 90%, it depends on some other hardware conditions of the applicant.
For example, whether domestic universities are 2 1 1, and whether the average score of universities is above 80. Generally speaking, students in domestic universities are above 80, so it is no problem to apply for admission to German universities with the same major.
Second, language is very important.
(1)DSH. This kind of exam requires you to apply to a German university first, just like we fill in our volunteers. After all the approvals, you will go to Germany. No matter how good your German is, you should stay in Germany for one year and enter the language school designated by them. This year will be very difficult. One year later, I took the DSH exam again. If you pass, you can go to the major you want. If you fail, you have to go back to China to go through the formalities, just like being driven away. However, there are also test sites in China, such as the German Academic Center of Tongji University in Shanghai.
(2) Telford exam. This kind of examination is held in China, and it is held in many big cities every year. Be steady even if you pass the exam. The examination fee for Telford Light is 65,438 yuan+0,000 yuan! And it is much more difficult than DSH. However, it is more economical than DSH.
3. The Ministry of Education of China recognizes bachelor's degree certificates issued by universities.
1. China's Ministry of Education recognizes that four-year undergraduate or five-year undergraduate graduates have obtained bachelor's degree certificates.
2. Key universities (national 2 1 1 engineering colleges) graduated from four-year or five-year undergraduate courses but did not obtain a bachelor's degree certificate. There are no restrictions on the majors they apply for, but the final admission is decided by German universities.
At present, German universities only accept undergraduates from regular universities, and students from junior colleges and higher vocational colleges, radio and television universities or other adult higher education institutions are usually not eligible to be admitted to German universities. However, for applicants who have obtained a bachelor's degree through adult education, the auditing department may conduct individual audits.
To this end, the applicant only needs to submit a copy of the bachelor's degree certificate to the audit department to check whether the applicant has the qualification for admission to a German university. The audit of these certificates is free. If you are qualified to enter a German university, the applicant can participate in the normal audit procedures of the audit department.
