I. Types and numbers of students enrolled

Graduate students enrolled in our school in 2023 are divided into full-time graduate students and part-time graduate students according to their learning methods. Among them, full-time graduate students are divided into academic graduate students and professional graduate students, and part-time graduate students only enroll students in some professional degrees. The enrollment scale of full-time graduate students is expected to be about 3,500, and the enrollment scale of part-time graduate students is expected to be about 400. The number of students to be enrolled by each secondary enrollment unit is detailed in the enrollment professional catalogue, and the actual enrollment number needs to be finally determined by the school according to the number of plans officially issued by the state, the actual enrollment number and the status of students in various majors.

The enrollment plan for "individual examination" is expected to be 5, and the enrollment plan for "retired college student soldiers" is expected to be 20. The final number of plans is subject to the documents of the Ministry of Education.

"Hunan Normal University and the University of Delaware jointly hold postgraduate education in subject teaching (English)" project, with an enrollment plan of 30 students in 2023.

"Hunan Normal University cooperates with St. Joseph's University in the United States to hold postgraduate education in preschool education", and plans to enroll 30 students in 2023.

"Hunan Normal University and Macao Jinghu Nursing College cooperate to hold nursing postgraduate education" project, and 40 students are enrolled in 2023.

In 2023, the project of "Hunan Normal University and Hunan First Normal University jointly cultivate Master of Education" enrolled students in three fields: primary education, subject teaching (ideological and political) and subject teaching (music). Second, the application conditions

(1) Persons who sign up for the national postgraduate entrance examination shall meet the following conditions:

1. People's Republic of China (PRC) citizen.

3. Physical health status meets the physical examination requirements stipulated by the state and the admissions unit.

4. The academic level of candidates must meet one of the following conditions:

(1) Undergraduate graduates with nationally recognized academic qualifications (including undergraduate graduates of adult higher education held by ordinary universities, adult universities and ordinary universities) and undergraduates who can graduate through self-study exams and online education. 4. Those who register for the entrance examination for clinical medical postgraduates [105 1] shall meet the following conditions:

5. Those who sign up for the postgraduate entrance examination for professional degrees other than the above-mentioned professional degrees in our school must meet the requirements in (1).

(3) Those who sign up for the individual examination organized by our school must meet the following conditions:

1. meets the requirements of item 1 .2.3 in (1).

2. After obtaining a nationally recognized bachelor's degree, he has worked continuously for more than 4 years, has excellent business, has published research papers (technical reports) or has become a business backbone, and has been recommended by two experts with senior professional and technical titles and agreed by the candidate's unit to return to the original unit for targeted employment; Or work for more than 2 years after obtaining a master's degree or a doctor's degree, and the business is excellent. With the consent of the candidate's unit and the recommendation of two experts with senior professional titles, they will return to the original unit for targeted employment. (4) Candidates who apply for the special postgraduate enrollment plan of "Retired College Soldiers" should be college students who have joined the army, retired from active service and meet the requirements for postgraduate enrollment [college students refer to graduates (past) from full-time ordinary undergraduate colleges (including higher vocational colleges), graduate students, second bachelor's degrees, students, freshmen and adult colleges (past)].

(5) Active servicemen who apply for our school should carefully read and understand the relevant application requirements of the PLA and our school in advance, abide by the confidentiality provisions, and fill in the application information as required.

(6) The conditions for applying for "Hunan Normal University-University of Delaware Subject Teaching (English)" are the same as those for Master of Education Subject Teaching (English); Tuition: The domestic tuition is 70,000 RMB per academic year (if there is any change, it shall be implemented according to the latest document of the Provincial Price Bureau), and the foreign tuition is subject to the announcement of the University of Delaware.

To apply for a degree from the University of Delaware, you must meet any of the following language requirements:

1. TOEFL score reaches 100 (no less than 25 points in each part).

2. People with a TOEFL score of 90-99 (about 20 points in both speaking and listening) will be interviewed by the University of Delaware for language assessment.

3. Those who have no TOEFL scores must pass the alternative assessment language proficiency test recognized by the University of Delaware.

(seven) the conditions for applying for the "Hunan Normal University-St. Joseph's University Preschool Education Master Program" are the same as those for the Preschool Education Master; Tuition: The domestic tuition is estimated to be 76,000 RMB per academic year (subject to the latest document of the Provincial Price Bureau), and the foreign tuition is subject to the announcement of St. Joseph University.

Students who sign up for the program to study at St. Joseph's University must meet the English requirements of St. Joseph's University (only one of them can be met):

1. English C 1 and above.

2. IELTS 6.5 and above.

3. TOEFL score above 80.

4. CET-6/English B2/ IELTS 5/ TOEFL 72 must pass the English training and test of St Joseph's University.

(eight) the conditions for applying for the project of "Hunan Normal University and Macao Jinghu College of Nursing" are the same as those for applying for a master's degree in nursing; Tuition: 60,000 RMB per academic year (subject to the latest documents of the Provincial Price Bureau).

Students who sign up for the program to study in Macao in the second year must meet the English requirements: they are encouraged to meet the following requirements before entering the school (as long as one of them can be met).

1. IELTS 6.0 and above;

(nine) the conditions for applying for the project of "Hunan Normal University and Hunan First Normal University jointly cultivate master of education" are the same as those for applying for other master of education projects of Hunan Normal University. Tuition and academic system are the same as those in Hunan Normal University. After entering the school, students are arranged to stay in Hunan No.1 Normal University, and the tutor group consists of teachers from Hunan No.1 Normal University and Hunan Normal University. Hunan Normal University will issue graduation certificates and degree certificates to those who have completed the contents specified in the training plan, completed the thesis and defended their degrees within the specified study period and met the requirements for graduate graduation and degree granting of Hunan Normal University.

Fourth, part-time graduate students.

For details, please refer to the professional catalogue of enrolling part-time graduate students in our school in 2023. In principle, part-time graduate students recruit on-the-job targeted employment personnel.

Full-time graduate students refer to graduate students who meet the requirements of national postgraduate enrollment, pass the postgraduate entrance examination or other admission methods recognized by the state, are admitted to institutions of higher learning or other institutions of higher education with postgraduate education qualifications, and study full-time in the school within the basic study period or the years specified by the school.

Part-time graduate students refer to graduate students who meet the requirements of national postgraduate enrollment, pass the postgraduate entrance examination or other admission methods recognized by the state, are admitted to institutions of higher learning with postgraduate education qualifications, and engage in other occupations or social practices while taking part-time study in various ways and flexible time arrangements during the basic study period or the study period stipulated by the school (generally, the basic study period should be appropriately extended).

When full-time and part-time graduate students graduate, their institutions of higher learning or other institutions of higher education will issue corresponding graduation certificates indicating learning methods according to their study years and academic achievements in accordance with relevant state regulations; Those whose academic level has reached the degree standard stipulated by the state may apply for the award of the corresponding degree certificate.

Full-time and part-time graduate students implement the same examination enrollment policies and training standards, and their academic degree certificates have the same legal status and the same effect.

Registration includes two stages: online registration and online confirmation. (6) Candidates who apply for the special enrollment plan for graduate students of "Retired College Soldiers" should choose to fill in the special enrollment plan for retired college soldiers when registering, and fill in the enrollment information, enlistment, retirement and other related information before enlistment as required.

(7) Candidates should carefully understand and choose to fill in their volunteers in strict accordance with the application conditions and relevant policy requirements. If you do not meet the requirements of the application conditions and relevant policies, subsequent online confirmation, examination (including initial examination and retest) or admission cannot be carried out, and the consequences will be borne by the candidates themselves.

(8) Candidates should accurately fill in personal online registration information and provide real materials as required. Candidates who fail to take the test (including the initial test and re-test) or accept the test due to incorrect information or false information in the online newspaper shall bear the consequences themselves.

(9) Candidates should accurately fill in the rewards and punishments received, especially in the national education examinations such as the entrance examination for ordinary and adult colleges and universities, the national postgraduate entrance examination, and the higher education self-study examination. Those who resort to deceit will be dealt with severely in accordance with the Measures for Handling Violations of National Education Examinations and the Interim Measures for Handling Violations of Enrollment in Colleges and Universities.

(10) After successful online registration, candidates should actively understand the examination arrangements and epidemic prevention requirements by consulting provincial education entrance examination institutions, registration places and official website of our school on a regular basis, and actively cooperate to complete relevant work.

5. Initial test location: Candidates take the test at the location designated by the registration point.

6. Candidates' initial test transcripts are not mailed. Candidates can check through the website of Hunan Normal University Graduate School (/).

7. Our school will conduct a comprehensive qualification examination for candidates again in the re-examination stage, and those who fail the qualification examination shall not participate in the re-examination. The time, place and method of re-examination shall be determined by our school, and the candidates shall be informed before the re-examination. Adult education graduates, self-taught candidates who have not yet obtained the undergraduate diploma at the time of re-examination, and online education candidates need to take an additional test with the same academic ability at the time of re-examination.

8. The requirements for the preliminary examination results of postgraduate students majoring in clinical medicine, the candidates for the special postgraduate enrollment plan of "retired college soldiers" and the single-recruit candidates who enter the re-examination are determined by our school independently according to the relevant policies of the Ministry of Education.

Seven, physical examination

1. Physical examination time: The physical examination of candidates will be conducted after the proposed admission. The specific time and requirements will be notified separately.

2. Physical examination standard: refer to the requirements of the Guiding Opinions on Physical Examination for Enrollment in Colleges and Universities (J.F.
