It is understood that the project covers an area of 37,374 square meters with a total construction area of129,289 square meters. The community consists of 12 high-rise residential buildings, with 798 sets of floors 17- 18, with an area ranging from 95 square meters to 190 square meters. The total investment cost of the project is about 65.438+0.28 billion yuan. According to the requirements of Ningbo University, it is planned to go on sale three times in 2022, and the time is 1, May and September respectively. It is planned to subscribe for about 200 sets, and the planned sales amount is 320 million yuan. By the end of May, the first batch of subscriptions had been completed, with 77 houses and 65 parking spaces, and the sales amount was about 65,438+180,000 yuan.
