Brief introduction of Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine

(Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine) is a university jointly established by the Ministry of Education and the Shanghai Municipal People's Government, a key high-level university in Shanghai, a national "double-first-class" university, a founding member of the World-class University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Construction Alliance and the Yangtze River Delta Medical Education Alliance.

Shanghai high-level local university construction pilot unit, the first batch of World Health Organization traditional medicine cooperation center, the location of the secretariat of the International Organization for Standardization Chinese Medicine Standards and Technology Committee; It has been selected into the national "11plan", the excellent doctor (Chinese medicine) education and training plan, the national high-level university construction project and the national "characteristic key discipline project".

The school cooperates with Shanghai College of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Founded in 1956, the school is one of the first universities of traditional Chinese medicine in China after the founding of New China. In the fourth round of national discipline evaluation results, Chinese medicine, integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine and Chinese medicine ranked first in the country, all of which achieved excellent results of A+, making them the only three A+ universities in the country.
