Harbin Institute of Technology (hereinafter referred to as Harbin Institute of Technology), headquartered in Harbin, Heilongjiang Province, is a national key university directly under the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and ranks among the national "double-class", "985 Project", "2 1 1 Project", Nine Universities Alliance, Pacific Rim University Alliance, Chen Jing China University Presidents Association and Excellence.
