1 Chongqing Normal University. Chongqing Normal University is a full-time comprehensive undergraduate college organized by Chongqing Municipal People's Government. It is a national grass-roots party organization, a national research and training base for training young Marxists, and an innovation and development center for ideological and political work in colleges and universities of the Ministry of Education.

2. Southwest University. Southwest University is located in Beibei District of Chongqing, directly under the Ministry of Education of People's Republic of China (PRC), and is a national key university jointly established by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs and Chongqing. It is the first batch of "double first-class" universities, "2 1 1 engineering" and "985 engineering advantage discipline innovation platform" in China.

Chongqing Medical University. Chongqing Medical University, located in Chongqing, is a key undergraduate medical university founded by China people, Ministry of Education, National Health and Family Planning Commission and Chongqing Municipal People's Government. It is a public full-time ordinary university, and it has been selected into the national "11plan" and "Basic Capacity Building Project of Universities in the Midwest".
