Chapter IX Regulations on Rewards and Punishment of Undergraduate Student Status Management in Xiamen University
Article 41 Students who have developed morally, intellectually, physically and aesthetically in an all-round way or who have made outstanding achievements in ideological and moral character, academic achievements, scientific and technological creation, physical exercise and social services shall be commended and rewarded.

Forty-second students can be awarded the title of "three good students" or other honorary titles, scholarships and other forms to give recognition and rewards, and give corresponding spiritual encouragement or material rewards.

Forty-third students who violate laws, regulations and disciplines should be criticized and educated, or disciplinary sanctions should be given according to the methods and procedures for students to violate laws, regulations and disciplines, which are appropriate to the nature of students' illegal acts and the severity of their faults.

Forty-fourth types of disciplinary action are divided into: (1) warning; (2) serious warning; (3) recording a demerit; (4) Stay in school for observation; (5) expulsion from school.

Forty-fifth students who have objections to the school's disciplinary decision may submit a written complaint to the school's student complaint handling Committee within 5 working days from the date of the school's disciplinary decision.

Students' complaints shall be handled according to the Measures for Students' Complaints of Xiamen University.

During the student's appeal, the execution of punishment shall not be stopped.

Forty-sixth students expelled from the school, the school issued a study certificate.

Forty-seventh students' reward and punishment materials are divided into school documents and personal files.
