School of Journalism, Fudan University, formerly known as Department of Journalism, was founded in September 1929. It is one of the subordinate departments of Fudan University and the oldest news communication education institution in China. The School of Journalism is located in Wujiaochang Commercial Center, Yangpu District, Shanghai, with convenient transportation and smooth information. Fudan University School of Journalism Training Center is located on the campus of Fudan University School of Journalism (No.400 Guoding Road near Handan Road), adjacent to the main campus of Fudan University. Relying on the advantages of Fudan University's comprehensive subject background, the training center plays the role of journalism research center of Fudan University's School of Journalism, providing excellent learning atmosphere and training, conference and exhibition environment for all levels of Fudan University. The School of Journalism has departments of journalism, radio and television, advertising and communication, and has established a multi-level training system for journalism and communication talents such as undergraduate, master's, doctoral and postdoctoral students. College * * * offers four doctoral programs in journalism, communication, radio and television, and media management, and six master programs in journalism, communication, radio and television, advertising, media management, and journalism and communication (including "journalism and communication" professional degree). There are 78 faculty members, including 20 full professors, 8 doctoral supervisors, 2 associate professors and 3 lecturers. In Beijing, Shanghai and other places, the press and business circles have also hired a group of experienced well-known experts and scholars as part-time professors and part-time researchers, and hired foreign experts as consultant professors. Experts and professors in Chinese, history, philosophy, law, economics, management and other disciplines in our school often come to this college to give classes to students.
