Haibin College of Beijing Jiaotong University is a full-time undergraduate independent college jointly organized by Beijing Jiaotong University and Ronghe (Huanghua) Science and Education Co., Ltd. and formally established with the approval of the Ministry of Education. Haibin College of Beijing Jiaotong University covers an area of 1.200 mu, with a usable area of 1.000 mu and a total construction area of 365,000 square meters, with a total investment of over 654.38 billion yuan, which will be built in two phases. Now it has been built and put into use with a building area of 290,000 square meters, covering 34 buildings including teaching building, administrative building, laboratory building, library, student activity center, plastic track playground, student apartment, student canteen, teacher apartment and staff canteen. Huanghua City, Bohai New District, Hebei Province, where the college is located, is located at the top of Bohai Bay, adjacent to Beijing and Tianjin, and connected with Tianjin Binhai New Area by land and sea. It is an important node of Bohai Economic Circle and Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Metropolitan Area, a key coastal growth pole of Hebei Province and a new economic growth pole of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei.
