Which is more harmful, getting up early or staying up late? How to arrange sleep time? Might as well know about it
Staying up late is harmful to the health of the whole society. So, in the case that we can't guarantee enough sleep time, do we choose to get up early or stay up late? Which of these two situations is more harmful to the body? If you don't sleep for 8 hours at night because of work or other special reasons, how to arrange your sleep time to minimize the harm to your body? Friends may not have considered these issues, or feel that they are all similar. There are also many people who think that staying up late is obviously more harmful and would rather get up early than stay up late. Our own guess may not be accurate, so let's take a look at the research results.

What is the difference between getting up early and staying up late?

Harvard research institute did an experiment a few years ago. Volunteers who participated in the experiment also slept for four hours every day. One group was asked to get up at three o'clock in the morning, and the other group was asked to go to bed at three o'clock in the morning. It can be said that it represents two situations: getting up early and going to bed late. After a period of time, what happened to these two groups of volunteers?

Although both groups of subjects were depressed and inattentive because of lack of sleep time, in addition, the volunteers in the early morning group changed more.

Most volunteers in this group have the same characteristics. First, their temper has become much worse than before and they lack patience. It seems that their ability to control their emotions has dropped a lot. Secondly, their alertness has also decreased, and their thinking and actions have become dull. This change is obviously unfavorable to their daily life.

Compared with them, the volunteers in the "staying up late group" did not find these situations. From this controlled experiment, we can see that getting up early has more adverse effects than staying up late. For your health and safety, if you have to choose, you should stay up late at night instead of getting up early in the morning.

How to arrange sleep time is more scientific?

Most friends should be able to sleep for 8 hours. In this case, it is best to go to sleep at night 1 1 and get up at 7: 00 in the morning, which is of course the most ideal time to work and rest.

For friends with special work nature, sleep at least 6 hours a day. Then, adhering to the principle of "sleeping late rather than getting up early", I can 1 go to bed in the morning and get up at 7 o'clock, preferably not getting up too early.

Must I sleep for six hours? Yes, long-term sleep below this time will not be conducive to the detoxification of various organs of the body, because their detoxification process will only be carried out when we enter deep sleep. If the sleep time is less than 6 hours, the duration of deep sleep will be shorter. Without enough rest, how can all parts of the body work well enough? In addition, a good sleep is an important way to improve the body's immunity. Long-term lack of sleep, low immunity, serious illness and minor illness are more likely to "find the door", which needs us to deal with it well.

Generally speaking, getting up early or staying up late is more harmful. Although these two kinds of work and rest seem to be "half a catty" when the sleep time is not fully guaranteed, there are still some differences. People who get up early for a long time generally have many physical problems, and the adverse effects involve many aspects, including the instability of physical state and emotional state.

Although getting up early and staying up late don't seem to be much different in the case of lack of sleep, compared with the normal eight-hour sleep, both of them are very unhealthy. Of course, getting up early is more serious. Therefore, in the arrangement of sleep time, the most important thing is to ensure adequate sleep time, that is, 8 hours a day, not staying up late and not getting up early. If you really can't, you should sleep for at least 6 hours. You can stay up late appropriately, but you should avoid getting up early. This arrangement is more suitable, and friends in need may wish to know about it. One third of our life is spent in bed, and sleep is also very important. Sleep time should be arranged reasonably.
