How do college students balance study, fitness and diet?
Thank you very much for your question. I believe many college students have the same confusion. As a college student, how to balance study, fitness and diet? Here, I will share my personal experience, hoping to help everyone.

It's ok to keep training when you just start fitness. No matter how sour the day before, I will still get up and train the next day, but I dare not force myself with the quality of training. For example, I have begun to feel torn, and I may reduce the weight of later training because I am afraid of being too tired, and I will be lazy once or twice.

In the later stage of fitness, according to the reasonable plan of the previous day, in order to fully stimulate the muscles and get enough stimulation for the body to do more work, I will bite my teeth and let my companions protect themselves and complete the exhausting movements safely. This is an exercise of my willpower, so that I am very tired after taking the gre. But I looked up and smiled, no pains, no gains. The price is the same, and so is the eight-pack abdominal muscles.

Because of studying engineering, there are often course assignments to design code papers and attend classes at the same time. If you want to keep fit and stay healthy at this frequency, you need to improve your efficiency. Every time I want to be lazy and relax, I will tell myself that if I work harder now, I won't delay today's training, and I can maintain a very high efficiency mentally so as to train quickly.

I take two sets of clothes when I go out every day. After the training, I will take a bath in the gym and have dinner at night, and then I can work in the laboratory. This efficient habit is very beneficial to manage your time reasonably after work. When you set a good time for your social interests outside of work every day, then work will not be passive and boring.

In terms of diet, I actually eat the canteen for a long time for lunch and dinner, but I will pay attention to the control of cooking oil and salt. Sometimes I will take an extra bowl, connect it with hot water, put food vacuole in hot water and remove the grease. Because cooking in university canteens is generally heavy oil and heavy salt, it tastes good, but in fact these oils and salts have exceeded our daily needs, which is actually unhealthy for our health. For breakfast, I buy my own cereal, add milk and blueberries, and then cook my own eggs with an egg cooker. It is healthy, simple and convenient, and tastes good. Conditional friends can also try.

The above is my personal experience on how to balance study, fitness and diet as a college student. If you like my article, please give me a thumb! Your encouragement is my motivation, thank you!
