Zhejiang Institute of Physical Education is a provincial full-time higher vocational college featuring competitive sports.

The school was formed in September 2004 by the merger of Zhejiang Staff Sports Technical College, Provincial Sports School and Xiaoshan Sports Training Base of Provincial Sports Bureau.
