The University of Connecticut is one of the universities accredited by the Ministry of Education of China, and its diploma is recognized in China.

The University of Connecticut was first established in 188 1, then called Stewart Agricultural College, and later 1939 changed its name to the University of Connecticut. Is one of the research members of all public institutions of higher learning, and has opened more than 70 scientific research centers.
