Organizational structure: The Meteorological Bureau is a complete government agency, including administrative departments, business departments and directly affiliated units, responsible for meteorological work throughout the country. The Meteorological Observatory is an independent meteorological service organization, which is subordinate to the Meteorological Bureau or universities and provides specific weather forecast and meteorological services.
